Terrific experience at this hotel. Amazingly attentive and thoughtful service from all the staff, but particularly from Ping on the concierge team. The hotel facilities from the sauna to the club lounge were well maintained and staffed, adding to the full service experience of the hotel. The room was a little dated but still very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Conveniently located to shopping, food and transit. Would highly recommend!

Staff here are extremely polite and good at their jobs. They took care of all the logistics of our time in the city. Gym and fitness facilities were amazing. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. Special shoutout to Isaac, on the concierge team. He took care of absolutely everything.

This hotel takes luxury to the next level. Rooms are spacious. The walls are thick. It is quiet. The bed is amazing. The service is exceptional. The cleaning lady organizes your phone charger cables, puts a napkin under your slippers, turns the hand shower head facing the wall, and more. You are always greeted with a smile and good English. Elevators are fast and timely. Location is central. Very cool bar - especially at night. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely exceptional. We were welcomed warmly and check-in was seamless, setting the tone for the entire stay.

The room was immaculately clean upon arrival, and housekeeping maintained that standard throughout — the room turnover was outstanding, always refreshed to perfection.

What truly stood out was the staff. Every interaction was met with genuine kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well looked after at all times.

Very good hotel, well located close to the Myeongdong area, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The facilities are excellent, including a fitness center and a swimming pool. There is also a lounge at the top, a very nice bar and lounge in the lobby, as well as a club lounge and a Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The bed is very comfortable, and I was given a quiet room on a high floor, although you can still slightly hear traffic from the main street.

On the third floor, there is a very nice indoor swimming pool, a large and well-equipped fitness room, and a beautiful spa.

There are three breakfast options:

1. On the L floor with an à la carte menu.

2. On the LL floor with a very large dining area offering an excellent and wide variety of choices.

3. On the 20th floor with a good breakfast, slightly less variety than the LL floor but still sufficient.

As a drawback, the hotel has a rather classic style and would benefit from some refreshing, even though it still fully deserves its 5-star rating.
