I went to Webien Hospital with my sister to get treatments. We each had different procedures done. During the consultation, the doctor asked me to make several facial expressions so she could closely observe the movements of my muscles. Based on how my muscles moved when I made those expressions, she recommended a treatment plan that would yield more natural results. I felt this place was more professional than other hospitals I’ve been to before. The doctor’s technique was excellent—every step flowed smoothly without any pauses or hesitations. It was truly professional and the results lasted a long time. After the treatment, the department head even came by to check in on me and ask how I felt. The whole service process was very thorough. I felt extremely comfortable throughout, without any pressure from aggressive sales tactics. I felt really relieved after it was over.

I chose this as my care hospital in Daegu to attend Yonsei Cancer Hospital for my cancer treatment, and I have been living here for about a month now! Although it is a small hospital, the wards were convenient for cancer patients visiting nearby hospitals such as Seoul National University Hospital, Samsung Hospital, and especially Yonsei Cancer Hospital, due to its geographical proximity. At first, I thought that was an advantage when I was admitted, but I have come to realize that I made an excellent choice! Of course, everyone from the hospital director to the nurses, assistants, and cafeteria staff is incredibly kind and treats me like family. The fellow patients living here also show consideration for one another and treat each other warmly like friends. As a result, I have put aside the thought that I am battling cancer in a strange place, and this has become a home where I can feel comfortable and warm, just like my own house. Just a moment. Even though this is just a temporary stopover, it was a great source of support during my battle with illness and held deep meaning for me. I will be returning here with surgery scheduled for March, but at the same time, my heart is fluttering with anticipation for a fresh new beginning.
