I had a very good experience at New York S Dental Clinic during my visit to Seoul. I came in for scaling and because I was having pain in a tooth that had previous root canal treatment. The dentist was very professional, honest, and gentle throughout the whole visit. Scaling is sometimes painful for me, but this time it was smooth and comfortable with almost no discomfort. What I appreciated most was that they did not recommend unnecessary treatment. After carefully checking my tooth, the dentist explained everything clearly and prescribed medication first instead of rushing into more procedures. I really trusted their approach. The clinic is also in a great location in central Seoul, close to Insadong and Anguk Station, so it is easy to visit while traveling. Another big plus is that the dentist speaks fluent English, which makes it very convenient for foreigners or tourists visiting Korea. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming. It is a dental clinic that enjoys a good reputation in the Jongno area. They offer services such as veneers, orthodontics, and dental implants. My sister got veneers installed there; since her job requires her to appear in front of cameras regularly, she has high expectations regarding the whiteness of her teeth.

I normally dread dental appointments but Dr. Kim made it nice and comfortable. Price was good compared to what it can be in the States. I was so happy to find out that the dentist was female and she speaks English fluently because she studied and lived in USA for 11 years. She was very friendly, gentle, efficient, and didnt try to upsell me. In fact, she gave me kind but honest professional advice regarding my teeth. It was easy to make an appointment without a Korean phone number nor NHI. I highly recommend her, thank you so much! For reference, I got an exam, dental cleaning, and consultation. The office is clean and modern looking!
