Very pleasant first visit to this clinic - very clean treatment room with nice jazz music & heated bed with comfy duvet. I was greeted by Tracy, who speaks very good English and Min Ju, who is very professional in recommending only necessary treatment needed. A special thanks goes out to the esthetian, Eun Hee, who is super friendly and Dr Lee & Dahye, for being very patient and nice with my low pain tolerance !

My experience at BLS Clinic was overall very pleasant and professional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the Chinese translators, which immediately made the entire experience feel comfortable and well-coordinated. The clinic atmosphere was elegant, organised, and reassuring. The consultation process was thorough, beginning with the reception consultant before meeting the doctor, who was able to communicate in English clearly as well. I appreciated how attentive and patient the team was throughout the visit. Although the procedure itself was quite painful, the doctor remained very caring and thoughtful, continuously engaging me in conversation to help distract and comfort me during the treatment. That level of attentiveness made the experience much more manageable. Overall, the service was polished, professional, and attentive, and I left feeling well taken care of. A refined experience for anyone considering aesthetic treatments in Korea.

I had an amazing experience at PPEUM Myeongdong! I tried the aquapeel ,underarm hair removal, and mole removal — all were done professionally and with great care. The aquapeel left my skin feeling fresh and deeply cleansed, and the underarm hair removal was quick and virtually painless. The mole removal was also done neatly, and the staff explained the aftercare clearly. The service was excellent — the staff were super friendly and attentive throughout. A big plus is that they offer Chinese translation services, so communication was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality skincare treatments in Myeongdong!

They gave me exceptional service. From the moment I walked in I created with kindness and warmth. The staff did a fantastic job of explaining every step of my procedure, with a translator by my side the whole time. Would highly recommend to anyone coming from America.

After a long time coming back to Korea, I checked this place through my friend. I was a little worried that they might be trying to sell more things, but I just focused on what my skin actually needs. As a man, I sometimes feel a little awkward going into a dermatology clinic on my own, but I've felt at home here. Going into a private room, I just lay down and had everything -- follow-up treatment -- which was really convenient. I didn’t expect much since it’s a franchise. I’ve been to similar places before and they felt rushed and impersonal. This one felt calm, thorough, and really comfortable. Now I get why people call it premium. I’ll come back with my family next time I’m in Korea.

I visited this clinic for the Onda treatment and had a really great experience. The location was convenient and easy to find, even on my first visit. The clinic is newly opened, so everything was clean and modern. The director seemed very experienced, which made me feel confident and comfortable during the consultation Their English interpretation service was excellent and the staff were kind and professional. The treatment itself was comfortable, and overall I’m very satisfied. I would definitely recommend it!!!
