Disappointing experience overall. I purchased a package via Klook which included a facial and a skin analysis with a report, which was the most important part for me. While the staff seemed lovely and the facility was nice, from the start it felt very rushed and there was no consultation whatsoever. Just asked to sign forms and give a 5 star review BEFORE the appointment with the staff taking my phone and doing it for me. I was again asked by the team at the desk before the process began if they could see the review before proceeding Once I was brought into the treatment room, which was on a corridor of beds separated by walls and curtains, the facial began immediately and it was clear the therapist didnt speak any English even though it was outlined in the appointment that that was the preferred option. Understandable but it meant again there was no consultation, explanation or any information whatsoever for the entire process. To make it worse the therapist left the room after every step, and at some points other therapists were calling in and chatting in Korean, taking equipment from the room and it just felt very impersonal and rushed. It could have been done in the corridor. At the end I asked when the skin analysis would take place and I was told it was not included in the package. I had to pull up yhe Klook receipt to prove it was included but they tried to argue initially that it wasnt even though I had it in text. I was then given the scan, again no consultation whatsoever, just a report fully in Korean with no explanation of what the report meant. Not once did a single person speak to me about my skin, in a skin clinic. While the staff seemed very nice and the facility was lovely and the facial itself was nice, it was rushed, without inforation and absolutely not the experience you hope for and I would choose another clinic next time.

Easy to book an appointment and responsive via WhatsApp. In the consultation, they were able to communicate well in English and I asked about 5 of the lifting options and what the differences were and what would be best for the effect I wanted. I also asked about pain levels of the different options. I ended up doing Face Onda 100KJ. I personally have tried Inmode FX + FORMA in 2024 at a different clinic but didn’t see much difference so I wanted to try something else this time. Pain was bearable. There was no pain in the beginning and as it kept going, it was more of a warm/hot sensation and it would get hotter as they kept going over the same area. I also did mole removal. I had one that was considered a bigger size. The laser was also minimal pain. Like little pinching feelings.

Dont be hesitant to visit this place. I done my lips filler and botox lips corner with the price of 390,000 Won and it looks good. Moreover, this place does not feel like factory clinic - they dont push too hard for sales which make me comfortable to reject or follow recommendations. You can consult with them all you want with English interpreter. I ll surely come back for more.

Cellin Clinic treated me very well as my first time to recover the Ultherapy and Botox treatments. The consultation was very clear and did not push anything I didn’t want. The English translator was supportive and very good! The prep before the treatment was relaxing. Ultherapy Prime was not as painful as I thought. I recommend Cellin for anyone curious about a visit.

Creating an appointment was very easy via email. The clinic is clean and less crowded than usual clinics. I came here unsure on what treatments I’d like to avail so I thought the consultation would be helpful. However, the staff came very pushy with us availing the Onda and Thermage treatments. There was no way I’ll be spending $1800 at once. I have expressed this and he went back to selling these treatments. I believe there’s a fine line between marketing and giving the best recommendations to your client that is matched within their budget. The consultation truly tainted the experience, we just had to ask what we wanted from the list versus getting a reliable service recommendations. Despite this situation, I still availed 2 treatments— Lahala and Shurink that hurt quite a bit, 6/10 pain. The staff giving the treatments were pleasant.The clinic has so much potential to be great but I don’t think I’ll be back or recommend this place.

Clean and efficient. Their director came to speak to me and make recommendations. The consultant was very pleasant and offered a few nice upgrades.

This was my first time doing any laser treatment. The beginning was with a consultant - well described and clear pricing. Remember that after January 2026, they now add 10% to the advertised price. I took advantage of their package pricing for eyes (thermage & ultherapy) and lifting (ultherapy and onda). They included skin analysis (usually a separate add-on), which only partly worked for me - the front desk person who took the measurements said I couldn't do the 2nd half of the analysis because I have darker skin - made me wait 10 minutes bc of the language barrier and the English speaking consultant clarified that it was because of my dry skin. I guess it's both? Wish that was better handled. The results is also just a paper with graphs - no doctor review of the pictures. Since I was asking questions, it prompted the consultant to review the graphs with me and recommended ways to protect my skin. Disappointed there's no review of the pictures taken or a way to get a copy of them. The procedure is done by the doctors. Showed me all of the counts and opened the box for the 1st tip used (I didn't ask to see the other 3). Afterward, they included a HA mask and red light for 10 minutes. Overall, this place is for someone who knows what they want already. Excited to see the effect afterward.

The place is so nice and clean. Elson was great on helping us decide what was better for us. They have promotions that change every month. Great service and great prices. Will be back again, this was my second time here.
