Very nice residence. Room service is friendly and very helpful. Below haa convenience store and makan places, but not halal.

I had a really pleasant stay at Sollago Myeongdong Hotel & Residence. The location is honestly one of its biggest strengths, everything you need is nearby. From street food to shopping spots, it’s all within walking distance, and getting around the city is super easy thanks to the nearby transport options.

The room felt clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for this area. I liked how simple yet comfortable the design was. It didn’t feel cramped at all, and having extra facilities like a small kitchen and washing machine made a big difference, especially for a longer stay.

The staff were also very kind and helpful. They handled everything smoothly, and whenever I had a question, they were quick to assist. The check in and check out process was fast and hassle free.

Another thing I appreciated was how quiet the hotel felt, even though it’s located in a busy area. It was easy to relax and get a good rest after a full day out.

Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. It is convenient, comfortable, and worth the price. I would happily come back again.

I am writing this to strongly warn other solo female travelers about the serious security failures at this hotel.
During my stay, a male staff member entered my room without any proper notification or waiting for a response to the doorbell. He was not wearing a uniform that clearly identified him as housekeeping, and his sudden entry was deeply terrifying. As a woman staying alone, I felt incredibly vulnerable and unsafe.
When I reported this incident, the hotel staff did not offer a sincere apology. Instead, they dismissed my concerns and even had the audacity to imply that I was only looking for compensation. Their unprofessional attitude and total disregard for guest safety are absolutely appalling.
This is not a simple 'service mistake'—it is a grave security violation. I am reporting this incident to the booking platform and other relevant channels. If you value your safety and privacy, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. The management does not take guest security seriously.

Staying at the hotel for 3 weeks I am very glad to choose it, because the service, especially at the front desk and the room service, was everytime nice, friendly and helpfully. The room was very clean and was checked every day. Next to the lobby there is also located the nice and good cafe pascucci with excellent cakes! In addition with the top location for trips by foot and subway its a five star recommodation for me and I will definitely stay there next time visiting seoul!

Rude and very unhelpful (tall male/glasses on 12/26 early morning shift). Don’t bother including this hotel in your travels with staff like this, not a pleasant arrival.

Location is great, a lot of restaurants nearby.
Room is a bit small, but has washer and microwave. Take note they don't provide detergent.

Saw that this hotel had a few bad reviews and I was sceptical. Thank god I gave it a chance! Booked the duplex room for my brother and I and it was perfect! Hotel is located near the train station and airport limousine drop off/pick up. 1 train station away from Myeongdong too.

Even though linens are only changed every 3 days BUT the rooms were still cleaned on a daily basis! Was able to communicate with the staff well too!

Do note, there is no Dryer function for the Washing Machine BUT they do allow you to rent their drying rack! Our clothes still dried well enough!

Last and not least! Yes we're able to leave our luggage before check in time (which is at 3pm) it is more than enough for us! They do not help you to keep your luggage after check out but no worries they have lockers outside and at the basement with quite a reasonable price.
