The facilities are relatively clean, but the living space is small for the price. You'll need to pay an additional 20,000-30,000 won every few months for heating and other expenses. There aren't many rooms available. The surrounding amenities are inconvenient for office workers, and the location on a hill makes commuting to and from public transportation difficult. If you have the money, consider a studio apartment or looking around the Noryangjin area.
