After searching for quite some time, I finally decided on CHAI Plastic Surgery to get a procedure done. During the consultation, I raised several requests, but the doctor didn’t agree to all of them. There was one procedure I wanted to have done, but after assessing my condition, the doctor said it wasn’t the right time and suggested I come back in a couple of months for better results. It was clear he was truly considering things from my perspective. The whole process was well-managed, reasonably priced, and extremely professional—neither too fast nor too slow. The doctor was able to accurately identify which areas of my face were sensitive and handled those areas gently and slowly. After the entire procedure, I felt like I had received thorough attention. As soon as I entered, a nurse guided me, so I didn’t have to search for where to go. The receptionist could also speak basic Chinese. The overall experience was great, and I plan to try other procedures they offer next time. If they maintain this standard, I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.
