I’m sharing details from my first contact to first visit. As an international customer, I was able to connect through their WhatsApp. The text conversation was smooth and they were great with appt set up. During my visit to the clinic, the attending Doctor recommended getting Potenza and a booster so i got those done. My son had Coratherapy and exosomes. For our skin condition, we will likely need followups. The clinic seems courteous and accommodating. I’m looking forward to one more treatment before we heading back to the states!

Visited this clinic after watching a tiktok video and doing research on it. I saw that there were a lot of reviews about the place and thought to give it a try. No regrets so far. Everyone was very helpful even though I don’t speak Korean. Their English was good and I can understand them easily. Will definitely go back again in my next Korea trip to fix up those scars.

I did my first session at Rodam Korean Medicine Clinic. The clinic is nice and clean at the top floor. The process was very smooth. They had a translator who could speak English and Mandarin to assist with the consultation and process. She was very helpful and kind throughout the process. The doctor was knowledgeable about scars, had great bedside manner, was patient, and performed the procedure himself. So far, my experience was great and I plan to come back for more treatments.

Really accessible clinic that's very best to the train station (Sinsa). The consultant (Hyojung) was really friendly and professional as well and most importantly, NOT pushy with their services. The other staff members that helped me were really efficient and friendly as well (did not get their names, sorry...). Also, do note that the assigned doctor (mine was Dr. Lee Soo Min) will be the one that does the patented subcision techniques on you.

Throughout the session, he communicated everything clearly, letting me know when each part of the treatment would begin and even using a mirror to show me the areas he had worked on. I ended up receiving Coretherapy (similar to subcision) and Potenza with Rejuran treatments for my acne scars, and I’m excited to see the results unfold over the next few weeks!

I found this clinic while researching for acne scar removals. I first moved to Korea back in 2020 and my skin really went through a horrible transition. I broke out all over my cheeks and tried so many clinics to help stop the acne but once I was able to do that I focused on removing my acne scars. I suffer from a ton of icepick and boxcar scars and I did a crazy amount of treatments that honestly just made it worse. I found this clinic and have been really happy with the service. The doctor I have is a fluent English speaker so I was able to really explain my concerns with ease. I have done 4 sessions so far and have noticed a really great improvement. Because I have so many scars I know I was in for a long run but am really happy so far with the results and will update once I've completed all my sessions!
