작년 9월24일 수요일에 여기서 쌍꺼풀 자연유착으로 수술받고 바로 다음날 회사 출근이 가능했을정도로 붓기가 없었어요! 그래도 실밥이 눈에 있던지라 안경은 꼈었는데 앞머리랑 안경으로도 충분히 눈 가릴수있는 상태였었습니다 또 금욜 저녁에 실밥 제거하고(회사 근무시간때문에 제가 직접 제거했어요) 바로 다음날 부산여행도 즐기고왔어요 수술을 했지만 이렇게까지 빨리 일상생활이 가능한지도 몰랐습니다 게다가 쌍꺼풀 라인이 완벽하기까지해요 예뻐지고싶지만 시간이 없는 바쁜 현대인들이 하기에 너무 좋아요 주변 지인들에게도 많이 추천했었습니다 고민할 필요가 없어요 그냥 여기서 하세요

I had double eyelid surgery at Promise with natural adhesion! I already had double eyelids, but I wanted them to be more defined and natural, so I had the surgery. The doctor is truly talented. I have gorgeous eyes, so I was a little worried if he could do a natural look. But now, a few months after the surgery, I'm so happy with the results. I regret all the time I've spent debating whether to get it done. I should've done it sooner. Everyone around me has told me it turned out so well, and I'm so grateful. Originally, I had almond-shaped eyes with a cute style, but I really didn’t like that look. I discussed my preferences with the director and tried a peach blossom eye style. Now that it’s healed, the results look great, and I love this new style.

The service was extremely poor, and it was clear that there was a serious lack of proper organization and planning. The Chinese staff for online booking were unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed, which made the entire process frustrating and chaotic. There was no clear system in place, and patients were left confused and unattended. It’s very concerning to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare facility where people go seeking help and care. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their operations and treat their patients with the respect and attention they deserve.

I am from Singapore. Recently, I had eye bag surgery and sub-brow lift surgery at Promise. I liked that Promise specialises in eye-area surgery procedures. Throughout, the preparation was smooth even tho' the communication was done on LINE in Chinese as they were not able to converse in English. Only in Chinese or Japanese. My appreciation to Miss XiaoJin, as she has been most patient with my many questions and she guided me well on the day of surgery. Post-surgery, Miss XiaoJin is still patiently answering my concerns on LINE. I am recovering well and many of my friends has commented the surgeries are well done. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall I had a good experience at Promise Plastic Surgery.
