Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Myeongdong II

Pros
The location is excellent, with many local restaurants nearby and a subway station just a short walk away. The team was very helpful, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. There is also a convenience store in the hotel lobby, along with a small area offering free water and ironing facilities.

Cons
The breakfast quality and selection were quite average, with exactly the same items served every day during our 5-night stay. The reception team was also not very knowledgeable about tours and tourist activities available from the hotel.

A really VFM place to stay, nice location not far from subway, very close to shops and of course the Myeongdong large market with shops.

It has all comforts and necessities such as a common room with a microwave and a steam machine to iron your clothes l, an automatic currency exchanger and at the same machine you can get an eSIM which is much cheaper than all the online foreign providers that you usually buy before you arrive on the country (such as Holafly Yesim etc) plus the SKT eSIM has a better internet connection.
Also there is a small convenience store within the hotel which is super helpful!

Lastly I would appreciate it if the carpet of the rooms and the couches were a bit cleaner.

Stayed here for an extended period twice. Nothing I can complain about. Within walking distance to many sights, good comfortable beds, good breakfast, good service, a little mart selling everything one would need in the lobby that's always open.

Excellent location in Myeondong near authentic, traditional restaurants and markets. Great base near public transit. As a first timer in Korea, it was a welcome spot to explore. Good value, nice and clean. Our room didn't have any sort of view and was kept a little too warm by the cooling system which is why I gave it a 4.

This hotel cannot possibly get a rating above 4. Carefully read the reviews that give it 1 star. Don't throw your money and health away. Especially in the 1-star reviews, examine the suffering guests endure from bedbugs in their rooms. See how the hotel management didn't care about customers whose bags were stolen from their rooms. Pay attention to the reviews mentioning the hostile looks from Morgan and all other hotel staff, see how they deceived people by giving them rooms different from what was shown on the hotel's website, and then decide...

Rooms are exceptionally clean, serviced everyday. Located in the center of Seoul. But just need to note that it's location is close enough to several lines, i.e. green, orange, and blue. But will actually need to walk 5-10minutes to a subway station. Also even though the hotel's name says myeongdong, it's located about 5-10 minutes away from the main myeongdong shopping streets, which can be a good thing, meaning a much quieter surrounding.
