LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was traveling with 2 kids. The location is impressive! I took airbus from the airport directly to the front door of the hotel. It located on the top of the department store, which makes shopping and eating very easily. The hotel breakfast is super amazing. However, the
Menu is very similar everyday. The room is super big too! The quality of the mattress is good too. The customer service is top notch for the executive towel guests. For me, I definitely feel that the hotel provides much better value than the price of the room.

An unforgettable luxury stay in Seoul – Exceptional service!
Lotte Hotel Seoul is a stunning luxury hotel. The property is beautifully designed, and our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Myeongdong, making it super easy to walk to almost every major attraction in the city.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is their incredible service. We had a minor issue with the bathtub, and without us even asking, they immediately upgraded us to a higher-room category. They apologized sincerely and kept checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. This is truly going above and beyond.
We also dined at Pierre Gagnaire (the hotel's 3-Michelin-starred restaurant), and it was an absolute masterpiece. Every single dish was better than the last, and the amount of desserts at the end was just mind-blowing. It’s definitely pricey, but absolutely worth it.
Every single staff member – from the front desk and concierge to the security team – was incredibly polite and always ready to help with a smile.
I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seoul!

I can only comment on the lounge. We met with family and you did get a very pleasant and courteous service throughout. As it was after dinner. All I got was a cup of coffee. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed at the small coffee which was 20,000 won that would have been fine if the copy itself was exceptional, but in this case in my humble opinion it was not. The rest of the drinks according to my family members or satisfactory but not exceptional.

A little wear on the room but overall clean. Sink plunger needs to be adjusted so it drains. Positives: beautiful city view, buffet is nice, lots for everyone. The staff is super helpful and polite. Shopping and subway are close, luxury and department store shopping -Lotte and then at Myeyoungdong across the street.

My wife and I are on our first day of 3, staying on the 25th floor at the Lotte Hotel Seoul, but I wanted to write this review now as we are just so impressed so far!

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and for sure to impress you upon your arrival. The location is right near several areas to shop and walk around.

Our room is BEAUTIFUL! It is extremely clean and smells wonderful! The bathrooms are amazing. Showers are like a spa experience, bed is large and super comfortable. Great view of the city from our windows.

The 34th floor lounge is beyond impressive! The food is delicious, with an exceptional amount of options to choose from. Proteins, vegetables, fruits, desserts, beverages. In our many world travels, staying a Gold lounges at several hotels around the world, this one now ranks at the top of our list! 😀

The staff have been absolutely wonderful. From the lobby staff member who greeted us upon our arrival, to the staff on the 15th floor who checked us in to our room and all the staff working the 34 floor lounge area. They have all been very professional, kind, approachable and genuinely friendly. We appreciate them all and we feel so welcome here! THANK YOU 😀

I highly recommend this hotel! If you're visiting Seoul and are trying to decide where to stay, this experience will not disappoint you and I can assure the staff will take the very best of care of you.

Stayed in the non executive tower so rooms were a bit outdated but still spacious. Housekeeping was amazing and were attentive to my notes.

Hotel staff though, probably the most unhelpful I've ever experienced at a 5 star hotel. I'd come back to hotel almost every day full of shopping bags, even carrying boxes and staff didn't bother help open the door nor press elevator button. They're just standing around talking or ignoring me. I know, such a small issue to write about but this is a supposed 5-star hotel. Customer service is supposed to be top-tier. It was raining one day and I asked the staff outside if i could borrow an umbrella. He told me to go inside and ask for one. Where? Go inside and ask who? It was just frustrating.

Stayed here for 7 nights, paid roughly $3000. The location is superb-next to myeongdong night market and Lotte Department Store (lots of restaurants and bakeries for gifts before flight). Would i stay here again ? Not sure, I was so annoyed with hotel staff.
