Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

The hotel was very clean, professional, and well maintained. Staff were welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and perfect for resting after long work days. Great location as well — convenient for getting around Seoul with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.

Service and overall experience definitely lived up to the Four Seasons standard. Would gladly stay here again for both business and personal travel.

Incredible experience, highly recommend! Everything was top notch. The breakfast buffet was amazing and modestly priced for what you get. Lunch fantastic. Dinner venues fantastic. Service was perfect - polite, professional, friendly. Room was very good - great size and clean. Location was great - very close to two historical palaces and short Uber rides to other sights. H Bar was an amazing cocktail experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

My fiancé and I had an outstanding stay at the Four Seasons Seoul, and we truly cannot recommend it enough.
The rooms were beautifully appointed, the service was impeccable, and the location is unbeatable—close to major tourist attractions and incredible food spots.
What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff’s energy, warmth, and genuine care. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like old friends. While waiting for my Fiance to check-in, I realized I had left my phone in our taxi—after it had already driven off. Chad from Guest Services immediately noticed I was panicking and stepped in to help. At the same time, Rachael at the front desk, who was assisting my fiancé with check-in, sensed something was wrong and came over to support as well.
Even though my location services were turned off, the team did not give up. They helped track down the taxi and searched tirelessly for my phone. We later learned that another passenger had dropped it off at a different building, and Chad, Rachael, along with Sulgi and Deokwon, coordinated retrieving my phone and delivering it back to us. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed and reassured.
Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on us. You truly cannot go wrong staying at a hotel where the staff care this deeply about their guests. I highly, highly encourage staying at the Four Seasons Seoul. Thank you so much!!! 😊🫰🏼

I’ve stayed at several Four Seasons properties over the past couple of years, and service wise this is by far the best.

The service was exceptional from start to finish - genuinely almost instantaneous whenever we needed anything. The team went above and beyond to make our stay special, including surprising me with a thoughtful birthday gift and cake, which was such a lovely touch.

We were also upgraded to a beautiful corner room, which made a big difference to the overall experience. What stood out even more was how accommodating they were when my partner was injured during our trip - they kindly extended our check-out so he could rest comfortably, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention. The variety was outstanding - I loved being able to try a wide range of Korean dishes while still having access to classic options like eggs and even a chocolate fountains for a sweet treat. It struck the perfect balance and was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

I truly couldn’t recommend this hotel more. An exceptional experience in every way.

I had high expectations for Four Seasons Seoul, but got the overall impression that the hotel was operating beyond the capacity of its facilities.

The recurring theme throughout our stay was that many of their services seemed oversubscribed. We were unable to secure a spa appointment despite trying to book weeks in advance. The bar was fully booked on our first night, and while we managed to reserve a spot on the second night, there was a minimum spend requirement even for hotel guests looking for a nightcap.

The hotel also felt unusually crowded. The lobby was often packed, elevator rides involved multiple stops, and luggage delivery was slow.

Breakfast was adequate but unremarkable. We expected a stronger emphasis on freshly prepared à la carte offerings rather than predominantly buffet options.

We did appreciate the Amex late checkout benefit, although our key cards were deactivated at exactly 1 pm despite us having advised the hotel of our planned departure time.

One bright spot was the in-house taxi service, which was convenient and could be charged directly to the room.

None of these issues on their own would have been significant, but taken together they created the impression of a hotel that was simply trying to accommodate more guests than its facilities could comfortably support. Four Seasons is known for exceptional service, which is why the experience felt somewhat underwhelming relative to expectations.

This is the best property in Seoul. The hotel is straight luxury, the speak easy bar is such a vibe, the room is large and clean, and the staff is extremely helpful and attentive (shout out to Ted for making us feel like VIPs). They even had a plush in the room to welcome my daughter. We are definitely coming back for another stay.
