First of all. Not a Sauna. 10 m2 divided into “sad” rooms. No hot water, in January! Really? Came here on a saturday around midnight. %99 locals. Nothing exciting happening. No steam room, no sauna, no hot water, just one “sad dark room”. Worst gay “sauna” I’ve been. Never, ever, ever visiting again.

- 주기적으로 방역하고 소독하는 곳은 에쿠스가 유일합니다
- 체형 다양합니다 (슬림부터 근육 통까지 오는거같습니다)
- 나이대는 20대 ~ 40대까지 다양하며 30대가 제일 많았습니다
- 리뉴얼을 전과 후가 많이 다른데 개선된 점이 정말 많습니다

Should come, nice place to explore, more activities on Friday from 6pm, Saturday maybe earlier but start from 6pm is ok. Very interesting

I paid a visit at July, it’s a great journey. Most local are muscular and enthusiastic. I also met foreigners from TaiWan, Macao and American. It’s an unforgettable experience and I am sure that I will pay a visit again when I visit to Seoul. In comments some pics about Chinese, in fact, there is no such a rule about Chinese can’t enter. I am just a Chinese. So everyone could enjoy EQUUS and obey the rules 🥹

Unfortunately, this establishment discriminates against Filipinos, banning them from entry. For no apparent reason besides them being from the Philippines. Can you believe that in 2025, one can openly exhibit explicit racism and discrimination? Note to the owner himself: as long as this unjust policy is in place, you are not welcome in the Philippines.

我挺喜欢这家店的。我不是常客，但我喜欢去不同的桑拿店看看他们的运营情况和顾客群体。虽然这家店的顾客素质似乎比不上它的竞争对手古巴桑拿，但它有自己独特的定位。大多数顾客都是身材魁梧的壮汉，但也有一些身材匀称、体格健壮的男士，所以顾客群体非常多元化。每次来我都没见过外国人，而且接待人员非常友好。当然，他们都会说韩语。

阁楼需要改进的地方是阁楼。那里光线太暗，我在阁楼里根本看不到头顶的石柱；我甚至撞到了一根，还被划破了。另外，阁楼的墙壁很粗糙，容易划伤。这一点需要改进。其他区域，比如洗手间和淋浴间，都很干净。这家店虽然不如古巴桑拿那么大，但仍然是个不错的地方。

It's been a while since I've been. It was located in Itaewon but has since changed locations. I stopped going because of the pandemic, but used to love it. The guys (staff and customers) were always friendly and welcoming to foreigners.

I'm curious, though, if it is still foreigner friendly? Many gay spots in the city aren't, unfortunately. You would think that the gay scene would be the most welcoming, given the attitudes toward LGBTQ in most of Korea. But, I guess that's just the way things are.

If Equus is still welcoming, I'd love to come back!

Edit: Thanks to the kind owner for their response, but it is still not clear if foreign patrons (other than Southeast Asian customers) are welcome? I'm European (white) and have never had a problem entering and enjoying the facilities in the past. So, are western foreigners still welcome in your club? Cheers.
