This clinic hires Vietnamese collaborators to attract clients, but they don't have interpreters. So if you want to use their services, ask them clearly, because they outsource, so the Vietnamese collaborators don't know anything and aren't responsible for anything. I have a low rating because the Vietnamese staff give one thing, but the clinic gives something completely different. However, I still use their services because the Korean saleswoman is very honest, doesn't upsell, and doesn't try to pressure me. She advises against anything that isn't effective or suitable for me. Secondly, the facilities are poor compared to the general standard. The waiting area and restrooms are tiny. When the doctor was treating me, the door was wide open, and clients were talking loudly outside. The professionalism and hygiene are not high. If you go to a large hospital and then come here, you'll be disappointed like I was.
