I made an appointment for a procedure at JOYFUL Plastic Surgery and just got back after it. The director was very patient during the consultation; I asked many questions, and he never showed any impatience. When I mentioned some procedures I wanted to try, he honestly explained the actual experience and expected results, without exaggerating the benefits just to persuade me to proceed. The doctors were highly focused throughout the procedure, constantly observing my reactions and adjusting their techniques accordingly. Before each step, they would inform me in advance about what I could expect, which helped me feel more prepared. The overall process was well-managed. As for the results, we’ll have to wait and see, but the service itself was definitely excellent in every aspect.
