I have always been conscious about my wide jawline (which was also asymmetrical), so this was something I have thought about for years and finally got to do a surgery with Dr Kwon at SODA. Why I chose SODA? Dr Kwon, the principal (and only) director and surgeon, was highly recommended by a friend who had a positive experience with a similar procedure years ago. I consulted Dr Kwon a year ago and found him to be tactful, approachable, and able to speak conversational English. They also arranged a translator to avoid misunderstandings. SODA and Dr Kwon had excellent local reviews on the UNNI app. The overall experience: Dr Kwon provided a detailed explanation of the surgery and conducted subsequent checks on the wounds, offering encouragement. He said to feel free to text via Kakao if I have any questions, and he would be able to respond. The manager and the reception staff have also been supportive in answering my questions throughout the process. They provided a detailed document of the recovery notes, as well as a goodie bag! The nurse who cared for me overnight and the therapist who helped with my post-recovery treatment were also well appreciated. It’s going to be a long journey to full recovery, but I’m looking forward. Thank you SODA!

A comprehensive facial scan was performed using a 3D-CT device. The dean\'s personal expertise, combined with a thorough analysis of the scan results, was used to design the plan. The explanation of the plan was detailed and patient, taking a considerable amount of time, and the translation was exceptionally professional.

I confirmed this during the initial consultation, and again during the consultation immediately before the surgery. I emphasized that I wanted to retain my jawline and not completely eliminate it. After the surgery, once the recovery period had subsided, I was deeply disappointed when I looked at my face. My left side still had a prominent jawline, while my right side had no jawline at all; it was even more asymmetrical than before the surgery. I told them I didn't want this kind of face, but that's exactly what I ended up with. My bones can't be reversed. Give me back my face.
