I took the time to visit Next Plastic Surgery Hospital when I had some free time and scheduled the procedures I had been considering. I was worried about communication issues before going, but to my surprise, the doctor immediately showed me images on an iPad during the consultation. He compared my proposed plan with other options, highlighting both the advantages and disadvantages—everything was crystal clear, without any need to wade through confusing jargon. This experience was different from previous similar procedures I’ve had. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach, the doctor adjusted the treatment based on my skin condition at that moment. He clearly seemed experienced, knowing exactly when to be gentle and when to be more thorough. The results were quite good—better than I expected.

From the consult to the aftercare post surgery, Dr. Bo-Hyung Lee and majority of his staff at Note Plastic Surgery have been excellent. I am 2.5 months post procedure (lower face lift) and so far everything is healing nicely and results are natural (not that wind blown look). My concerns were the deep wrinkles and sagging skin. Dr. Lee is meticulous with his work and addressed my concerns with natural results. The support staff (translators, nurse, aesthetician, shampoo gal) all were wonderful and went over and beyond throughout the process. Dr. Lee’s bedside manner was super polite and respectful. Throughout the process, there were times when I felt nervous and wondered if I had made the right decision, but Dr. Lee and his staff were reassuring and terrific. He is wonderfully skilled at what he does! I appreciate all that they did and I highly recommend this wonderful practice for any plastic surgery procedures.

Following a friend's recommendation, I chose Note Plastic Surgery for my under-eye fat repositioning (눈밑지방) with fat grafting, and my experience was exceptional. From the welcoming consultation where the doctor, interpreter, and consultant ensured my goals were met, to the streamlined surgery day, everything was handled with detail and care. Minseon and Annette were wonderful, thoroughly explaining medications. The team even arranged for pumpkin juice (호박주스) and porridge (죽) to be delivered to my accommodation, and provided transportation to and from the clinic, which was a huge help. Recovery was just as Dr. Lee predicted: slight puffiness at week one, and by week two or three, my under-eye darkness was gone! I look and feel incredibly refreshed.
