3. Breakfast buffet: more than enough for everyone. Unfortunately they don’t change menu and serve the same everyday. There are grilled mushrooms, sauté mushrooms & stir fry mushrooms. The texture of croissants is not good not sure where they got. 3 *
4. Executive lounge: good service and different menu for happy hours. There are Lots of space and seats. 5*
5. Room: sufficient space and clean. 4*
6. Sauna and hot tubs: clean and not crowded

Didn't catch the staff slipping once during our multi-day visit. Concierge, room service, lounge, front desk, all top tier.
One of the best hotel experiences we've had in MANY years! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in future visits.
My foodie wife enjoyed every lounge breakfast with the variety of foods available.
The mall next door was massive.
The Seoul tour we did gave us a wonderful view of the city in 1 day. We took advantage of that and spent the remaining days in the lap of luxury!
They even accommodated another Amercian couple and us by ensuring we could watch the Super Bowl @830a on a Monday morning. Although it fully broadcast in Korean, we very much appreciated all their efforts!

My stay at this hotel recalibrated what a hotel can offer. The service was top notch as was the staff, and quality of the location and offerings. Especially Jisu who's in charge of customer relationship was the best staff ever! She made wedding anniversary unforgettable! I really appreciate for her hospitality.

The staff here are nice. We stayed here for only 1 night—the location, for me, based on my personal take. I don't like it. There are just too many people in the mall and in & out of the hotel. I think I prefer a little bit of a calm area for a hotel, not tucked into a Mall.

Our Room is really nice and comfortable. The only issue we had was that flushing the toilet was just too loud. Aside from that, it was all good.

This was a very nice hotel with terrific service and really nice rooms. The spa was interesting to visit as a westerner--a lot of long stares as I (probably) was utilizing the pools incorrectly. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in this area of the city... Seoul is enormous and I was unfortunately not close to many of the locations where I was needed in meetings--that's a me problem not a JW Marriott problem...

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. From arriving to checking out, we experienced extremely well-coordinated and friendly service. As we were bringing our baby, we had a special laundry request which was taken on and solved to perfection. Thank you to all staff here - your approach should be modeled at hotels around the world.
PS. The cleaning staff was a great hit with our kids.

Great spot. We stayed here for three days this past week. Excellent location, service was on point, sensational breakfast buffet. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Slightly basic, not as modern, but worked well for us. Would stay again.

A luxury hotel with a great location, located inside a big shopping complex with lots of shops & restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and super clean. Just like your own home, very comfy and relaxing environment. The breakfast is super good, with lots of choices for food, drink, vegetables, fruits and desserts. Highly recommend.
