I recently stayed once again at the ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam, and as always, my experience was excellent. This was my fifth time staying at this hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations every single time.

As an Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Platinum member, I truly appreciate the recognition and warm hospitality extended to me. The team consistently makes me feel valued and welcome, and this stay was no exception. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my visit.

What impressed me even more was their generosity toward my colleague, who is not a member. Despite not having status, the hotel kindly granted him a late check-out at 3:00 p.m., which was incredibly helpful for our schedule. We were both very grateful for this thoughtful gesture — it truly made a difference.

The breakfast was also very pleasant, with a good variety of options and a comfortable atmosphere to start the day.

Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay. I will definitely continue coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

I was so relaxed during my stay.

It is near COEX (about 10 minute walk) where we can get the airport bus.

Morning buffet is also great. Of course, they have Korean meals but also western meals.
They also have vegetarian meals.

You can find many restaurants when you go left from the exit.
So you might not get worried with dinner.

Located a stone away from subway stations. the hotel was welcoming and cozy. there was a convenient store right downstairs. the hotel staff was efficient and helpful. the facilities are all well maintained and felt like a new hotel. Bed was comfy and rest room came with bidet & rain shower. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

All consciences on site. Convince store open 24/7( self service after 1am), self service laundry, no tokens required use your own credit card. Movie theatre available for guest use. Cute little gym.Not far from train bus station. Few mins walk to Coex.

I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Styles Gangnam. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the overall service was excellent.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. It was also quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long day.

Both the gym and a convenience store are located in the basement, which is very convenient for guests. The gym is well equipped and good for a quick workout.

The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants, and it is also close enough to COEX, making it a convenient location for business.

I also liked Le Bar in the hotel. The tables are comfortable and it’s a nice place for a casual business meeting or relaxed conversation.

Overall, a comfortable stay with good service.
I would definitely like to come back.

The highlight of our stay was the private cinema just below the rooms—we even had the whole theater to ourselves. Watching a Super Mario Galaxy movie with my daughter felt really special.

The breakfast buffet was worth the price, and the gym, though small, was clean. There’s also a CU and self-laundry in the basement.

It’s close to COEX, and I enjoyed a slow 15-minute walk there.
