He will explain what needs to be fixed to resolve any areas that concern you, and he never pushes for excessive treatment, which is trustworthy. He also performs the treatment while observing you both when you are asleep and when you are awake. It takes quite a bit of effort to switch between waking and sleeping, but it's reassuring to know that they take both sides into consideration when proceeding. Depending on the results of this treatment, I would like to request treatment again.

The director's medical skills are outstanding. However, their handling of complaints is truly disappointing. I traveled all the way from Daegu for surgery, only to find that the stitches weren't fully removed. I went back to have them removed again, but some remained. They just kept saying the stitches were dissolvable, and eventually, they fell out. Then, they spoke as if to say, "Since they fell out, isn't that enough?" —_— I had made an appointment to inquire about the surgery results, but the operating room nurse who had left the stitches in suddenly walked in. Her first words were accusatory: "What exactly are you unhappy about?" When I mentioned the parts that were bothering me, she replied, "I can't see it. What do you mean, 'where'? I'm looking through a magnifying glass and I can't see it. That thing... it gets better over time... but I can't tell." So I asked if she was offended, and she said, "I'm not offended right now. If I were, I wouldn't be talking to you." When I pointed out that she kept interrupting me, she sighed deeply, said, "Then I won't talk to you," and stormed out. Are you trying to pick a fight with a customer? The way she behaved was something I really never want to encounter again. I had planned to have another surgery with the director, but because of that nurse, I will never go back. When the director came in, instead of trying to cheer me up, he said, "That matter with the nurse is separate; let's just talk about the surgery. Let's not waste time. Nothing good comes from getting upset." (When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the surgery), he said, "I think it's right to just put up with that much. Didn't I fix the scar?" Yes, that is true, but I wish he had at least shown some understanding of my feelings, or as the head of the clinic, had at least said he would address that woman's behavior. Because of that operating room nurse, I will never go back.
