I went to a personal image diagnosis studio for a treatment and would like to share my real experiences. During the consultation, the doctor asked about my daily skincare habits and lifestyle, explaining that these factors could affect the treatment’s effectiveness and recovery time. The doctor took it very seriously—this wasn’t one of those superficial consultations that last just a few minutes. They also offered me two different treatment plans to choose from; the “super-transparent” option was particularly professional. Throughout the process, the doctor remained highly focused, constantly observing my reactions and adjusting their techniques accordingly. Before each step, they would inform me in advance about what I could expect, which helped me feel more prepared. The overall pace of the treatment was well-managed. Although there were no immediate results, I could clearly see that my skin was gradually improving.

Enlightened and impressed by their knowledge of colours. They are very professional and have detailed advice about the palette I should go with. I am surprised by the results (as I did not think that I will go well with these colours) and the makeup tutorial is very informative and helpful. Strongly recommended!

Very thorough analysis with explanations as to why. Makeup analysis includes multiple shade assessments for comparison and they apply to half your face and teach you to apply on the other half. Best to come here without any makeup on. Entrance was tricky to find but there is a door in the pack near the parking spots that takes you up a few flight of stairs

We came to get our analysis done with Hailey and she was so helpful! The process was smooth and easy with us going through several colors ranges. We got a better understanding of all the tones and which saturations and contrasts would be best for our respective skin tones. This is a must-do for any travelers and I highly recommend doing the full experience!

A lovely experience! So much is included in your appointment not just the personal color but recommendations for makeup, hair, nails, jewelry and perfume. They're very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.
