A friend recommended Cheongdam Mary Obstetrics and Gynecology, so I went there for a procedure and wanted to share my experience. During the consultation, the director used a mirror to show me my face, pointed out my facial features with her fingers, and explained why certain procedures work well for some people but not others. She didn’t promise anything just to close a deal; instead, she created a treatment plan based on my actual facial needs. She was extremely focused while performing the procedure, barely saying anything throughout, but every move she made was precise. It was clear she was an experienced professional with years of expertise—not the type who chats with nurses while working. After the procedure, I was quite satisfied with the results, which turned out to be better than I expected.

The staff are incredibly unfriendly towards mothers and babies, and the postpartum care system is structured around the hospital rather than the mother. The head nurse in the delivery room, in particular, seems like a lunatic.

I've heard the medical staff is excellent, so I'm planning to have my treatment and delivery at Cheongdam Mari. If you search online for Cheongdam Mari Obstetrics and Gynecology, you'll find several posts complaining about the rudeness of the first-floor reception staff. But now that I've actually experienced it, I think I understand why. The mother was unwell, so I had to rush to the appointment earlier than my scheduled appointment. I'd already told her about my symptoms over the phone, and they said they'd explain them again at the reception desk. When I arrived and tried to explain my symptoms, they cut me off and rudely told me to sit down while they retrieved my patient chart and called me back. Is this the right attitude for a patient and a pregnant woman? Perhaps it was because there were so many women waiting, but their voices and expressions were filled with annoyance. I was getting irritated as I waited. Cheongdam Mari Obstetrics and Gynecology desperately needs service training and improvement for its reception staff. A more friendly staff would prevent negative consequences for both mothers and babies.

I felt increasingly irritated while waiting. Cheongdam Mari OB/GYN urgently needs service training and improvements for its reception staff. The clinic needs to be kinder to ensure that the service does not have a negative impact on the mother and baby.
