Spa 1899

I just finished my treatment at Spa 1899 and wanted to share my genuine experience. During the consultation, the doctor wasn’t careless nor did they simply go along with whatever I wanted. When I mentioned the procedures I was interested in, they carefully analyzed my facial features and explained which ones would be suitable and which ones were actually unnecessary. Their explanations were easy to understand—no jargon that left me confused. The owner performed the treatment with great skill; it was clear they weren’t a beginner. There was thorough communication before each step, with them checking in to see if I felt any discomfort. They also adjusted the treatment as needed based on my tolerance levels. It exceeded my expectations—I definitely plan to return next time.

The therapists are highly skilled, have good technique with perfect pressure. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Consistently excellent service every time. I came here for a 3-hour full body treatment session after over half a month traveling in Japan and Korea. It was the most relaxing and rejuvenating spa that I’ve ever had. The session started with a whirl bath followed by body treatment, facial and head spa. I’m glad that I included the spa treatment in my itinerary and now I’m feeling recharged to continue my trip! I loved my experience at Spa1899, where my wife and I had a couples massage. All the staff were highly attentive to my needs and made me comfortable. The facility is quite peaceful. I really enjoyed starting with a foot bath before proceeding to a massage. We added the mini facial care to our session and I have never felt more moisturized! There are several other bonus programmes that we did not try but may fit other tastes. The therapist Lily made me feel comfortable and was able to focus on areas of my body that needed the most care, plus she gave me feedback on what I could do to improve my posture and back pain thereafter. I am not a fluent Korean speaker but I was able to communicate my needs without any problem! We will be coming back when we're back in Seoul.
