GLAD Gangnam COEX Center

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at GLAD Hotel Seoul (COEX Center). The hotel is modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, quiet, and very well equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest perfectly after long days of exploring Seoul. The amenities were thoughtful and of high quality, making the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, and their attentiveness made me feel very welcome.

The location is fantastic, right next to COEX, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions nearby. It’s lively yet peaceful, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and business trips.

A small note for travelers: there is currently construction at the nearby metro station, which may limit elevator access for large suitcases. This is completely outside the hotel’s control and did not affect my experience.

Overall, I highly recommend GLAD Hotel Seoul and would gladly stay here again. The combination of comfort, excellent staff, and prime location makes it one of the best places to stay in Seoul.

Hotel location is convenient as it’s close to Samseong Station and a lot of other amenities such as COEX mall, food nearby and convenience store etc.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and i throughly enjoyed my stay here

Honestly, I chose this hotel for the location without breaking the bank Near to train station and coex. Room is clean and modern. Aircon is central controlled so I couldn't make the room cooler, they told me to open the window. Anyway all good!

The stay was very comfortable, we payed a small fee to get an early check-in.

The room was pretty small (but still manageable) for 2 travellers. Although we had to move things around to open our medium+large luggage, the stay was comfortable overall.

The laundry room was in the basement and I loved that they even had an iron in the laundry room to use.

The location is also convenient. (Near a subway station and just opposite Gangnam Coex Mall)

There's also a tiny coffee shop in the lift lobby so you can start your day with a cuppa.

A very convenient and well-run hotel, especially if you’re visiting COEX. It’s directly connected to the COEX/Samseong Station area, so getting around is effortless—perfect for business trips, exhibitions, or anyone who wants maximum convenience. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall stay feels smooth and reliable.

That said, the price can feel a bit high for what you get, mainly because you’re paying for the location and convenience. Also, surprisingly, there aren’t as many great restaurant options nearby as you might expect, so you may need to travel a bit if you’re looking for standout dining.

Still, if your priority is staying right by COEX with easy transit access, this is an excellent choice.
