There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and overall it was quite small, suitable only for a small family; however, despite the cramped space, it was equipped with all the necessary facilities.

Just like another victim of this guesthouse, 4 nights of a paid booking was also stolen from me (which I’m still trying to claim back). I was stranded in Hong Kong for another night due to a rescheduled flight because of the super typhoon. The guesthouse didn’t get into contact with me through email, WhatsApp or even the booking.com portal and without my knowledge put me as a no show for my reservation. When I arrived to check in, the day after, at 8pm, the person I was speaking to over WhatsApp was useless, didn’t do anything to help, showed no empathy and told me they’d given my paid room away to another guest. Frankly, it was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever faced.

If their accommodation is anything like the way they treat their customers during the reservation, pre booking and check in expedience I would 100% avoid them.

My flight to Korea has been cancelled by the airplanes because force majeure which is Typhoon.
And I asked the hotel to reschedule my reservation date or give me half refund because I booked for 5nights.
However, the hotel just took my money !
They not assist me to change my reservation or event give me half refund.
So bad, I paid 5 nights and I don’t even be there because of force major issues.

Excellent location! The room is like a student dorm, a bit small but perfect for two people. There's space to put luggage and open the door. It has a kitchen and a refrigerator. It's right by Ehwa station, exit 1 or 2 (there's an elevator), then a 2-3 minute walk. Close to CU (Continuing Education Center) and a bus stop.

The location is convenient, right next to Ewha Womans University Station Exit 1. The room isn't big but it's fine, and there's a kitchenette available.

The guesthouse has a self-check-in system; there's no front desk.

The downside is that the building's water pipes smell quite strongly (outside the room).
