Myeongdong Sunshine Guesthouse

我选的是两人房有窗户那种，目测约5～6坪，需要自备牙刷、牙膏、刮胡刀跟梳子。
隔音普通，但下楼就可以逛明洞，对面就有便利商店，走去地铁也算近，丢垃圾跟装水都很方便，对于只是过夜来说算不错

We had an extended trip in Seoul and the location of this hotel is 300 steps away, very convenient when we transferred and decent room space since we availed the triple sharing roon even we are only 2 staying in one room. They have common area where we can prepare food and eat together. The staffs are very accommodating. We arranged our airport transfer thru them as we are a big group of 10people and 17 luggages. Lastly, it was very accessible to some of the famous spots in myeongdong. This hotel is very givinggg

This hotel made my entire stay worth it. We were not expecting much. The room assigned to us was clean and well organized. They even allowed us early check in for free since our room was not available a day after arrival and booked a separate room for 1 night. There were also unlimited coffee and water for free.
View was also very nice!

Very convinient for strolling myeongdong shopping street. DAISO is just a block away and can be viewed through our window!

Staff were friendly and approachable.

We were given a queen-sized bedroom for 3 nights. Small towels were provided but better to bring our own. The guesthouse is close to Myeongdong street as well as subway and airport transfer bus. Served the purpose of us having a rest after a long day of sight-seeing.

701號房的真實故事

給所有旅客一個嚴重警告：預訂前請三思。這家酒店好像是由商廈改建的，而有些房間，就像我們住的701號房，似乎是從該樓層的公共廁所改建而成的。

我們的房間內有一個蓋住的沙井，不斷散發出強烈的污水味，根本完全不宜居住。當我們向前台反映時，男員工似乎完全知情，卻表現出漠不關心的「愛住就住，不住拉倒」態度。

我們原本打算在忍受了一晚後就退房，並改訂其他酒店。離開前，我們確認了房間問題點（後樓梯旁）在其他樓層正好是公共廁所的位置。

簡而言之，我們花錢住了一個基本上是廁所改建的房間。這不只是氣味難聞的問題，更是健康隱患與欺騙行為。除非你不介意在以前的廁所裡睡覺，否則請避開這個地方。

幸好，就在我們準備離開時，一位善良的女員工主動幫我們換了房間。多虧她的幫助，事情得以圓滿解決，我們也得以在更舒適的環境中繼續住宿。

To me, this guesthouse serves its purpose. We are mainly there to sleep and rest our legs as we were out the whole day. Checked for 4 nights and had a good rest/sleep. Small thick towels were provided which is enough for whole body. The best part is, it is in Myeongdong Street. Food are everywhere, streets are still bustling at 11pm.The conveniences made the stay a very sound choice.

Unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
We booked for 9 days but only stayed for 2 nights. We have a toddler, and the other guests were quite rude, knocking on our wall whenever our child made even a bit of noise. We understand that it is a shared space, but if this kind of behavior from other guests is to be expected, we should not have been allowed to book in the first place.

We have since relocated to a new hotel where we can be at peace with our toddler without feeling uncomfortable. If you have kids, please avoid this place even if the location is good. The room was also relatively dim and small, and overall, not a great place to stay.
