Shilla Stay Yeoksam

Clean, well-maintained, and very convenient if you want to stay in the Gangnam area. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, and having a convenience store right downstairs is a big plus for quick snacks or essentials.

The only downside is the subway access—it’s not far, but it’s a bit awkward compared to other hotels that are right next to a station. For that reason, the price feels slightly higher than expected for what you get.

Overall, a solid and reliable stay in Gangnam, just wish the station access and pricing matched a bit better.

From start to finish, our stay at Shilla Stay Gangnam/Yeoksam has been amazing! We arrived in Seoul early in the morning after a long international flight with multiple large suitcases, and Han Paul and Belle at reception were incredibly kind and accommodating in helping us with an early check-in. Their hospitality immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of.

The location is honestly PERFECT — surrounded by so many incredible restaurants, cafés, and late-night food spots, many of which are open 24/7. Everything feels so convenient and lively while still being comfortable and safe.

And one of our favorite parts… the connected 7-Eleven!! Absolute lifesaver for midnight snack cravings, drinks, quick essentials, and late-night convenience after exploring Seoul all day.

The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Korea!

Shilla stay Yeoksam - the service staff is so helpful and polite. I asked for a late check-out and they were super accommodating. The bed is perfect and comfortable. The toilet is clean and the heated seats are wonderful. The view is amazing. I will highly recommend this hotel especially if you are on business.

The overall imptession is very good.
I had a very clean and confortable twin room.
Breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9:30 which I think is very generous. There is a different choice of Wester or Korean style foods.
The hotel is very well situated with restauteants nearby amd ditect acess to a 24h 7-eleven.

I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with, with great English skills. They kindly helped me arrange both an early check in when I arrived and a late check
out due to my late flight, which made my departure much more comfortable.

The in-room amenities were also very well prepared, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, adding to an overall pleasant and relaxing stay. On the day of check-out, I had quite a lot of luggage, and one of the female front desk staff went above and beyond by helping me carry my bags and arrange a taxi. She was incredibly kind and helpful.

Overall, the service here was outstanding.
