When comparing the US system to Korea's, Korea's is far more convenient, most appointments can be done via a walk-in/an appointment day-of; everything is done in a streamlined fashion from consult to treatment being all done in a day. So these are just the average expectations I have of all Korean health centers (so three stars), because without that, they honestly cannot have a business here. The other positives for sinsoe is that they communicate over what's app, which is quite foreigner friendly and allows for appointments to be done via it, which is much less painstaking than naver, where you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get what you want. (This is recently undergoing some changes but I could not navigate through those changes) The last upside is that it's a women's health clinic so every floor serves a different purpose from skin, pelvic, etc the one thing they don't seem to do is ivf type of treatment, just fyi. That is for me where the positives end. I felt that the clinic really tries to upsell you on certain treatment, and their reasoning for needing the treatment did not make much sense. They told me that this procedure would help me my providing more fluidity but in addition, would help provide more elasticity and tightness, (which was the issue I came in for..), when I mentioned this, they said.. well.. it helps you for fluidity.. (!?) When I debated on the procedure, they look at their calendar and imply the timing might be tight, giving a huge time pressure, which for me was also irritating, because I literally made appointment same-day, which means your calendar is free as a bird. At the end, I opted to reject that particular procedure. I felt very rushed during my consult and I am hoping with her level of experience, she looks at my case as common and normal and that is why. I don't feel that she had the empathy I wanted in a doctor. Considering I have seen at least three specialist for my issue at US, I am quite nervous about the treatment procedure that was done to me and whether it is truly effective, or I wasted $1500 USD. I will know in a couple of weeks. During the actual examination, the doctor said, I see a lot of stuff so I am going to put these for testing, so I agree, thinking it is related to the issue at hand; and then after examination, as I am going into my surgery, as they mention thos test is an extra cost and don't go into the details of what it is. Post op as I am coming out if anesthesia, they gave me a free, for service vitamin shot. I think for me; it was nice, but I could imagine there are patients who don't want an IV vitamin (there are people who don't even take supplements) It for me, bolstered my discomfort that the clinic is a bit handwavey on consent (it feels like do first, then consent after), which in a women's clinic, I feel matters more than other places. At the end of my surgery, they want to charge me for STD testing (that was the extra testing I learned), which I wouldn't even have known if I felt weird about it and asked them. That really heightened all my irritation. So I told them I did not want the testing, they reimbursed me for this aspect and did not put up a fight, which I was thankful for. The nurses were lovely; but I do feel that the treatments I have gotten at other clinics were far more pleasant, and the other upsides from this clinic, was the same as every other clinic in Korea. I will see how my follow-up goes and update on the effectiveness of the procedure.

My mammogram result advised an ultrasound which I couldn’t afford in the US so I was able to make a speedy appointment via Whatsapp. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My experience with an ultrasound was very positive! It is also located in Gangnam which is surrounded by restaurants and things to do. Im definitely planning to return for my future ultrasounds!

I appreciated how they explained each step of the examination beforehand, which made the process feel much less intimidating. Their approach was both thorough and considerate, balancing professionalism with empathy. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and the appointment ran on time, which I valued. What stood out most was the sense of being heard and respected throughout the visit. Overall, it was a smooth and supportive experience that left me feeling more informed and at ease about my health. I would feel confident returning for future visits and recommending the clinic to others.

had a very good experience at this clinic. The staff were kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from the first moment. The doctor listened carefully and explained everything clearly without rushing. The clinic was clean and well organized. I truly felt cared for. I highly recommend this place to any woman looking for professional and compassionate care.

i got the major labia filler today so i haven’t seen the results yet, but i am satisfied with their bedside manner. the bed was prepared with a heat pad and the procedure was fast and efficient with minimal time and pain. kind and professional staff.

I highly recommend this clinic. It's very foreign-friendly. What I like most is the almost instant response via WhatsApp when scheduling appointments or asking questions. I feel very comfortable when having my appointments here- all the staff are very friendly and patient-oriented.

Really fantastic clinic, I was able to message on WhatsApp, walk-in, use a translator app with the front desk and see a kind, English speaking doctor who made me feel seen and understood in a way no American gyno ever has. Not only did she diagnosis me, recommend treatment, but she discounted it and added more once she saw how bad it really was. Thank you so much. 🥲💞

The staff is kind, especially the translator - woman for English language, very professional and also empathetic and helpful. We can not say the same thing for the staff - woman- for the payments. The doctor - woman is avaliable for every question after the visiting. Be careful just for these things: during the booking process the informations regarding prices and insurances are incorrect or incomplete. Be careful, it is better to go to the appointment with only Korean insurance and ID card, if you have. Showing the passport with another non-Korean insurance, even if it covers the Korean territory, even if the ok is given during the booking process, is not sufficient for the refund, certainly not for the immediate refund/coverage.
