千万别订这家！昭贤堂韩屋旅馆外观漂亮，地理位置优越——可惜，这几乎是它仅有的优点了。

我们的房间与描述完全不符。广告上说房间有14平方米，但实际面积却小得多（大约只有6平方米，外加一个非常小的浴室）。而且，房间没有窗户，只有浴室有一扇小窗户。“花园景观”其实就是一个种着一些绿植和垃圾的小院子。

浴室状况很差：非常小，卫浴设施老旧，瓷砖缝隙里有霉菌，墙壁上还有破损的地方，水会渗进去。

卫生状况也令人失望。床单和被褥看起来很不卫生，其中一张甚至还有污渍。此外，房间里蚊子很多。旅馆提供了一个电子驱蚊器，但是电池没电了，根本用不了。

服务也令人失望。老板几乎不回复消息，总是看起来很忙。就连一些简单的要求都被拒绝了。尽管我们解释了饮食限制，但酒店并未考虑，所以我们最终决定不吃早餐。

早餐只在早上7:30供应，没有弹性——这一点事先也没有明确告知。

上午10:00的退房时间太早了，而且我们受到的待遇很不愉快。甚至在退房时间结束前，我们就被催促离开。

庭院也被工作人员用作烹饪和储藏室，这让我们感觉很不自在。之前照片中庭院里那棵美丽的树已经不见了。总而言之，我们感觉自己更像是闯入者而不是受到欢迎。

一开始我们并没有抱太高的期望，因为我们知道这是一家传统风格的住宿。但是，考虑到价格，我们期望更高。性价比完全无法接受。每晚120欧元，我期望的远不止这些。

很遗憾，我们无法推荐这家住宿。

由于昭贤堂位于旅游区附近，我认为地理位置绝佳。此外，早餐从早上7:30开始供应，而且我认为干鳕鱼汤和精致的小菜都非常美味。唯一的不足之处是，晚上我想一边和熟人聊天一边吃水果，但餐厅没有提供削皮刀，所以我没法吃苹果或韩国甜瓜。计划入住昭贤堂的朋友们应该注意这一点。

I really like the guesthouse. It’s quaint and private. Small but perfect for me. I was traveling alone and I felt I was safe and comfortable. I had my own bathroom which I loved. The breakfast was nice. I also could smell the food they were preparing for the next day and it was delicious. I should have stayed longer since there’s so much to do in the area. Next time.

l stayed in this hanok in 2018. The owner were a daughter n her mom were so nice. l had breakfast in the kitchen. The place was neat and well maintained. It was great so l wished to go back n finally took my sisters here in sept 2025. But the owner was different (a male). The garden n every where was a mass. There were big 4 fridges, and junk of unused furniture were stacked in beetween the rooms. We were 4, the room was clean but too small for us with our luggages. We stayed for 4 nights. We asked for a bigger room but he refused. We had breakfast at our room (di kitchen was no longer used since it had too many stuff). 0ur room was small so one of us needed to sit outside the room. Check out time is at 11, but at 10 he told us to go. Although the location is good, but l don't wish to go back.

The location of the guest house is great. Price is somewhat pocket friendly for the location and breakfast is traditional Korean style food. However, the rooms are too tiny. You can barely get yourself and your suitcase inside. If you spend more than a night, there is no room cleaning service available. No towels are provided, only plenty of hand towels. No separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and not even mats to wipe your feet to enter the house or bathroom. It's ok for a one night experience in a traditional Korean style room or for people who want a backpacking experience. Other than for its very central location, I would not really recommend it.

You need to be aware before staying here that the rooms are on the small side. However, taking that into account, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast is served right to your room. Couldn't have asked for a nice first night in Seoul.

This guesthouse is used as a restaurant also. You can smell of what they are selling. The host is so rude. And the room condition wasn't so great and too cold. I asked him to turn on the heat but he didn't care. Breakfast is not so good also.
And the location isn't good too because just in front of the guesthouse, kinda trendy bar is there, it makes noise. There is a small queue on weekend.

It's quite expensive to compare nice hotels in korea but i couldn't understand their service. I would recommend you to book some other traditional guesthouse or hotel.
