Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. This owner completely lacks basic human decency!

My wife booked this two-person guesthouse room with her friend months in advance for a trip to Korea. Unfortunately, she was suddenly hospitalized just days before departure. She politely contacted the host to cancel the reservation, but he refused outright.

Given this situation, her friend had no option but to make the trip alone. Although the guest name on the booking was formally amended and confirmed, this host still denied the check-in. Her friend flew all the way from China and had pre-paid in full for four nights, only to be turned away by this ruthless man simply because the guest on arrival was not the original booker.

He was fully aware that my wife could no longer travel, yet he still refused to accommodate her friend and coldly stated that my wife’s illness was none of his concern. There was no refund, no name-change approval, and zero flexibility.

These two ladies immediately contacted the booking platform Trip.com, and customer service stepped in to mediate. Even with official platform intervention, this host still stubbornly refused check-in and shifted all blame onto Trip.com. In the end her friend had to find other hotel but he probably sold out their booked room and made double money, how disgusting!!!

这家店离大使馆很近，所以我早上就能很方便地去面试。因为是上午面试，找地方寄存行李有点难，但是店主非常热情，帮我把行李寄存在那里，让我可以安心地去面试！谢谢！以后还会再来的！

Location is great, very central to most sight seeing areas.

Note they don’t have big towels, so you will need to request before checking in

Stayed here for the seoul marathon, Good location, nearby everywhere,

Heated floors, small cr, small room but bearable.

Amenities area like balcony was under construction when we stayed.

Good place to stay if you’re looking a place just to sleep.

Had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, not just for the main palaces (which are a very short walk away), but it’s also a great base for getting around Seoul by foot or by bus. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed here with my friend during our one week trip to Seoul.
We stayed in a room with bunk beds for two people. The room was small but it was enough for us. The bathroom was clean, the room and bathroom were cleaned every day and towels were replaced. There is not always someone at the reception, but you can always reach the number on the reception, they help you immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location of the guesthouse is very good. It is within walking distance to many touristic places and it is very easy to reach the subways by walking. I think we can choose this guesthouse again on our next trip.
