Lotte World Tower is South Korea’s tallest building at 555m, and one of Seoul’s top observation decks.
What’s great:
- Seoul Sky Observatory: Floor 117-123 with glass-floor decks, outdoor Sky Terrace, and panoramic views of Han River + city skyline. Sunset here is unreal.
- Experience: High-speed elevator to the top in under a minute. Interactive displays + AR photo spots make it fun.
- Everything below: Mall, Lotte Aquarium, luxury hotel, and restaurants all in one tower.
What to know:
- Tickets: On the expensive side, especially for foreigners. Book online to skip lines and get combo deals.
- Weather matters- Hazy or rainy days kill the view. Check visibility before you go.
Verdict: If you want the best city view in Seoul, this is it. Worth it once for the scale and design. For repeat visitors, N Seoul Tower is cheaper but Lotte wins on modernity and height.
What a great experience for the price! 🤩
I’ve been to similar places around the world, and this one is the cheapest, less crowded, and just as entertaining as the others. Maybe we were lucky, but it was almost empty on Tuesday around 3 PM.
The price is ridiculously low about €15 per person. It’s located in Lotte Mall, and the metro is literally underneath it, so the accessibility is excellent. 🚇
Overall, an amazing experience! ⭐
One of the best views in town. For me was a cloudy day, till give you a veiw of the gigantic size of the city. As everhing in korea you will walk to find the entrance, but worth, also the have a Amezing lounge, the best way to end the evening.
Awesome views. Spectacular picturesque view of Seoul on a clear day 558m in the air. Elevators did 500m in less than a minute which is crazy.
Pleasing observation deck and the glass floor sent shivers down my spine.
An iconic landmark and a must visit when in Seoul. Lotte World Tower is incredibly impressive, both in its height and modern design. The views from the observation deck are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to come alive.
The whole experience is well organised, from the entrance to the lifts, which are surprisingly fast and smooth. There are also plenty of shopping and dining options within the complex, making it easy to spend a few hours here.
It can get quite busy, but it is definitely worth it for the panoramic views and overall experience. A highlight of any trip to Seoul.
Well worth the ride to the 117th floor where you start your viewing experience. There are many places es to take photos as you windbyour way up to the 120th floor where you take the elevator back down. There's no hurry though as we spent 3 hours up here. The lounge on the 123rd floor serves alcoholic beverages in a fine dining setting. It's a nice quiet place to relax from all the people on the lower floors. We were fortunate to have a perfectly clear day so check the weather before heading out here.
