I inquired to talk directly with the doctor via video call so he can assess my condition, but I got rejected and could only text with the customer service via Kakao talk/ WeChat/ coordinator. Update after 5months: still bad. I didn’t have the jowl issue before, but I’m living with it every day now.. :(
