Four Points by Sheraton Seoul, Gangnam

Truly grateful for the thoughtful service and genuine kindness throughout my stay. They allowed me an early check-in on a difficult day, and when my camera accidentally fell, Ms. Cathy Kim personally retrieved it and kept it safe for me I deeply appreciate her warmth and help.
The location in Gangnam is excellent, especially being so close to the airport limousine bus, which made traveling very convenient. The gym was clean and just enough to refresh the day. The room was comfortable and decent in size, perfect for me as a solo traveler. The bed was plush and felt new, the pillows were soft, the bidet was a nice touch, and the fridge was very handy. The concierge team was also helpful and attentive.

Having stayed at Marriott properties in Singapore, Seoul, and Tokyo, I truly appreciate the way the water purification system is provided here, such a thoughtful and practical detail. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant stay

The location is really good, the staffs are nice, it’s clean ( as it should be ) No microwave, there is an electric kettle and filtered water dispenser, but the fridge is so small.

Been in several different Sheraton/Marriott in US and Asia, but the more we stayed in this hotel chain, the more it made us realized it’s not worth it.
Based on the prices, everything could be better or should I say you can get more with the price you’re paying for from other hotels.

Stayed there during recent business trip to Seoul. Hotel is modern and service was great. Rooms were decent and they have made use of the limited space. Concierge was helpful and could converse in English. It is on the quite edge of Gangnam area (and the nearest metro stn is about 10 mins walk). Airport bus runs on loop and stops next to the hotel, which was convenient, although takes about 90 minutes.

Did a short stay at this Marriott property. What I liked about this hotel is that there is a direct bus to the hotel from the airport, though it's more than an hour cause it's the last stop before heading back to the airport, so it's also a good and fast way for a direct bus service to the airport without stopping.
Checked in pretty early and there were no rooms available. Was served by Cathy (hope I remembered correctly) and she was very professional and friendly. Told me that the room would only be ready after lunch so I just dropped my luggage and headed out. The location is good in Gangnam but the walk to the subway is slightly more than 10 minutes long. Only tried once and other times relied on bus and kakao taxis.
The rooms were okay, small but self sufficient. There was a water dispenser in the room and the toilet and bathroom are separated. Too bad I didn't get an upgrade. The wifi in the room dropped a few times.
I checked in and the room was a little warm, saw the temperature was 25 degrees. I turned it down to 20 and I went out, returned at night and it was still warm. Had to get the technical staff to look at it he fiddled a bit and told me not to set the temperature so low and told me the temperature would drop after a while but it didn't. Saw previous reviews and some people actually encountered similar issues.
The breakfast was decent but not fantastic. Would be nicer if they had a slightly better spread, didn't eat much as was planning to only check it out and head out for brunch.
It was an okay stay but the rate was pretty reasonable and one of the more affordable Marriott properties to stay. A change from the busy Myeongdong area but considered slightly out of the way for me.

Just know that rooms will never go below 21'c. I was sweating while sleeping each night and the ac wouldnt pump any colder. When i talked to the front desk, they just gave me a fan and called it a day. They were helpful otherwise but overall not the best experience, especially at thei price point
