After hours of research, I finally decided on Moon Hospital to get the procedure done. During the consultation, the doctor asked about my regular skincare habits and daily routine, explaining that these factors could affect both the results and recovery time. He took his time to examine me carefully—definitely not one of those quick, perfunctory check-ups. He even presented me with two different treatment plans to choose from. Before starting the procedure, he informed me about the approximate duration and what to expect throughout, helping me prepare mentally. Throughout the process, he would occasionally let me know how much time was left, which helped keep me from getting anxious. The hospital provided power banks that I could borrow, so I wouldn’t run out of battery while waiting and still be able to use my phone. To be honest, it was much better than I expected—my previous experiences with similar procedures back in China weren’t quite as smooth. I’ll definitely consider coming here again in the future.

Wonderful experience in the vip room, drinks were served and had a very detailed consultation and honest recommendations based on what was needed to improve my overall balance. Not pushy at all, everyone was lovely from the consultant, translator and doctor Park. Special shoutout to the sweet translator who was with me every step of the way, holding my hand and reassuring me as I did not understand Korean. Loved the entire experience!

Very satisfied with my Reset laser treatment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the Reset laser done to treat freckles and pigmentation, and I am really happy with the results so far. The clinic explained everything clearly from the start. As they suggested, I made sure to keep my before photos, which the clinic kindly provided. It's still early days, but I can already see a visible reduction in pigmentation and my overall skin tone looks much brighter and clearer. The staff were professional and made the experience comfortable. A big plus is their review policy. If you are happy with your results and leave a review with your before and after photos, they offer a paid retouch session for only 110,000 KRW (including tax) within 3 months of your first treatment. They recommend doing this retouch around 2 months after the first session for the best results, rather than just after 1 month, which makes sense to let the skin settle and see the final outcome. I'm already planning to go back for that! Highly recommend this place if you are considering laser treatment for pigmentation.

Thorough and friendly conversation with staff. Only able to see a dr during the procedure. Valid products and they proved it to me. Kinda miscommunication in between me and staff when having procedures. Lowkey salty but generally good.

Visited Moon Clinic for lip enhancement and the experience was exceptional. The clinic is clean and spacious. The nurses and doctors are very professional, they took time to hear my needs and designed a lip shape I really wanted. The entire procedure was fast and the pain was manageable. Beautiful clinic. Both the consultant and doctor really took the time to take me through what honestly could and could not be achieved. I really appreciated the honesty and very of transparency that was provided. Before the procedure, the doctor mapped out how my lips would look and gave her recommendations on how to best achieve the look I was going for. She was super attentive and meticulous with her design!

Had a nice consultation here and did filler and botox. They have interpreters for Chinese which makes it easy convenient.
