I am incredibly disappointed and angry about my first experience at this clinic. I came in for a arm slimming treatment (手臂韓版超聲刀), and while the nurses and staff were totally fine, the Jung-won-jang (Chief Director / 正院長) was completely unprofessional and rude. Before going into the room, I politely asked her in English to confirm my treatment because I had updated my package. She understands English perfectly fine, but instead of answering, she was extremely impolite, snapped that she "had no time," and aggressively rushed me into the room. It got even worse during the actual procedure. She was literally doing the treatment with ONE hand, while using her other hand to hold her phone right in front of my face. She pointed at the time (16:15) and told me very rudely that she is a doctor and has to leave by 18:00. My friends have been here before and their doctors were all so nice, professional, and amazing and the rest of the staff here is great too. But if you come to this clinic, I highly recommend completely avoiding this Jung-won-jang. Ask for literally any other doctor.

I came late for my appointment, i was so sorry and worried that they might turn me away. They didn’t. They still accepted me and gave me a thorough explanation of my procedure. The clinic is very clean. All the front staffs and office consultant were very welcoming and professional. I was referred by a friend of mine. I definitely recommend this clinic. Will come back for sure Side note: they open til 9pm is such a bonus ❤️

Everything was pretty OK, the staff were friendly and knew multiple languages. Hope there's good result in 2 weeks time. It's a pretty mid experience overall. The staff tried to rushed one of the service I bought claiming that if she went slow it would be too hot but that's how it's suppose to be. So be careful and know what you're getting into so you can speak up if anything happens. Also they give 7% discount for leaving a review so idk how true soke of these reviews are

I did: excelV, pico laser, face ultheraphy, and eyes package (ultherapy, thermage, rejuran) The doctors did a good job too and make sure i got the result that i wanted. Will come back here and recommend my friends for sure.

Foreigner-friendly clinic with Chinese-speaking staff. The doctor was very professional and took time to explain the treatment options. I felt very comfortable throughout the visit.

Don’t come here at peak hour! Staffs seem super hurried, they rush you at every minute! During one of the procedures, I think they send a “less” experienced surgeon or nurse (not sure) did the microneedling so SLOPPY as if they hit your face with a stone. Also complaint does not work here. They believe in what they believe.
