As someone visiting from the states it was very easy to book an appointment and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable! We had staff help us with English translation the entire time which was wonderful. The clinic itself was very clean and modern and the botox I got for my TMJ was a fantastic deal compared to the states.

Sora , our english translator did a incredible job guiding us through the process and consultation. It was our first time so we were unfamiliar with it all. They recommended treatments that helped with the skin concerns my friends and I brought up. Will go back when I visit Korea again!

Sora (the English translator) was very helpful in translating all the procedures. I had a long consultation and decided on the best procedures that could help fulfill my skin needs. I bought a package and I would say it was pretty worth it considering all the things I will be getting. There were quick to answer any questions.

I did Potenza with Juvelook here. The process was quick and fuss-free, and everything moved efficiently. However, the clinic encourages clients to write reviews in exchange for free procedures, which is something potential patients should be aware of. Despite being a factory-style clinic, I didn’t find the prices particularly cheap. Personally, I think paying slightly more elsewhere would get you better overall service, so I wouldn’t recommend this clinic and will be going to other clinics in the future. My experience was that there was no thorough skin analysis, and the recommendations felt generic rather than tailored to my skin concerns. The consultation itself was not done by the doctor performing the procedure — the consultant assessing your skin and suggesting treatments is not a doctor, and a different doctor carries out the actual treatment. This made the experience feel less personalised and less reassuring. Because it’s a factory clinic, treatments are done in cubicle-style spaces rather than private rooms, which may not suit everyone. Communication was also an issue — the English translator was not very proficient, with frequent grammatical errors. If you speak Chinese, communication may be better, as the Chinese translators are native speakers.

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful experience at this med spa! The service was truly exceptional, every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. Had a translator with us the whole time, so the language barrier wasn’t a problem. The clinic is very clean and feels so inviting and calming. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities they provide like the free drinks in the lobby, which made the entire visit even more comfortable and relaxing. If you’re looking for med spa to visit I recommend checking out Abijou!!
