I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a one-night getaway this past Saturday, and my overall experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the room was incredibly pleasant, perfectly maintained, and impeccably clean. What stood out to me the most was the outstanding soundproofing; it provided a wonderfully quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout my entire stay.
Additionally, the bed and bedding were luxuriously comfortable. I usually find it quite difficult to relax and fall asleep when I am staying in unfamiliar environments, but the cozy setup here allowed me to sleep completely soundly through the night without waking up even once. Feeling completely refreshed, I headed down for breakfast the next morning, and it was absolutely perfect. The dining experience offered a wonderful variety of delicious, high-quality options that exceeded my expectations.
If there is one minor area for improvement, it would be the lounge. I ordered a smoothie and a slice of cake there, but unfortunately, they were quite disappointing and fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel.
Nevertheless, everything else about this stay, from the peaceful room condition to the flawless breakfast, made for a truly memorable weekend. Despite the minor letdown at the lounge, I still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, and I would absolutely love to visit again whenever I have the chance!

Just wrapped up an incredible stay from March 31 to April 3 at The Westin Seoul Parnas and I can’t recommend it enough!
The location is unbeatable — directly connected to COEX Mall and just steps from Samseong Station, making shopping, dining, and exploring Gangnam effortless (especially on rainy days).
The rooms are fresh, modern, and super comfortable with that signature Heavenly Bed that actually lives up to the hype. Waking up to views of Bongeunsa Temple or the city skyline was the perfect start to each day.
The highlight for me was the massive Westin Club Lounge on the top floor — easily one of the best in Seoul, with panoramic views, generous food spreads (the breakfast and evening cocktails are restaurant-quality), and a relaxed yet luxurious vibe. The indoor pool overlooking the temple and the well-equipped fitness center are also excellent for unwinding or staying active.
Staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and professional throughout. Everything felt polished and well-thought-out.
Whether you’re here for business at COEX or leisure, this hotel nails the balance of convenience, wellness, and luxury. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Seoul! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

This was my third stay at The Westin Josun Seoul during business travel to Seoul, and it continues to impress on every level. The highlight, without question, is the Executive Club. It offers a calm, refined space that makes both work and relaxation effortless.

The food is exceptional—consistently fresh, well-prepared, and far above typical hotel lounge standards. From breakfast to evening service, the quality and variety stand out.

Equally impressive is the professionalism of the staff. Under the experienced leadership of Hana Choi, the team delivers attentive, seamless service with genuine warmth. Every interaction feels thoughtful and well-managed, reflecting a high standard of hospitality.

A special mention also goes to the gym, which is quite simply the nicest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel—spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped to a level that rivals premium fitness clubs.

Would highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure.

It was absolutely 5-star quality experience in terms of overall accommodation service including room condition, river view, spacious bathroom with separate toilet, quality amenity, cleanliness, room temperature, etc.

Above all, the bed condition was excellent due to outstanding bedding; comfortable mattress, silky-feel soft blanket and sheet. The aroma oil for sound sleep provided truly help me have a great night.

The location is another good point of choosing the hotel cuz two lines of subway connected, huge shopping mall and dept.store placed right under the hotel, many lovely restaurants, aquarium for family with kids. Versatile sources for having fun and staying contentedly.

Lastly, the buffet and the bar in the lobby was amazing for gorgeous f&b and kindness of employees.

I will definately stay again in the Westin Seoul Parnas as my first and best selection of accommodation in Seoul, Korea.

I stayed at the westin seoul parnas over the lunar new year with my family. The hotel was packed with holiday vacationers, but i was very impressed with how efficiently the staff handled the check-in queue although there was a bit of a wait. I expected as much so i made sure we arrived early. The rooms were very nice, too. Again, i expected as much since this is a new hotel.

My wife and i don't really do breakfast so i booked a brunch for my parents at the hotel's lounge. They loved it! Wish they took better pics though. I don't normally write reviews so i guess this is a letter of gratitude for taking great care of my parents. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed at The Westin Seoul Parnas in November and was absolutely amazed by this hotel. Since it is a new property, everything feels incredibly fresh and high-quality. The rooms are very cozy but still feel luxurious, and the service was attentive and professional throughout our stay.
The real highlight, however, is the gym—it is honestly from a different world. It is by far the best hotel gym I have ever been to, with amazing equipment and a huge space; if you like fitness, you will love it here. The location in Gangnam is also perfect, making it easy to get around. I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!
