The Westin Josun Busan

The Westin Josun Haeundae Beach is my absolute favorite hotel. I checked out yesterday, and I already miss it.

I stay at this hotel every year with my family whenever I visit Korea from the U.S., and it never disappoints. I truly hope it remains there forever.

This year’s stay was especially meaningful. When I checked in, I met a delightful young staff member, Ms. Kim Hyemin, who assisted me with such warmth and kindness. We had a lovely conversation about the times I visited this hotel as a young girl in Korea. Later, while I was sitting in the lobby with my sister, she came by to say hello and later sent me a wonderful thank-you card.

Although the hotel property is getting older, staff members like Hyemin make all the difference in the world. They create unforgettable memories and remind guests why this hotel is so special.

I would like to sincerely thank Hyemin for the kindness and care she showed me. She made my stay even more beautiful.

Westin in Busan in Haeundae beach is an older hotel with absolutely best location. Beach on one side and small nature park behind it. Check in was quick and fast, room clean though a bit soulless but the view right at the beach won the day anyway and we were very satisfied. There is direct beach access and acces to hundreds of restaurants as well as attractions is within 15-20 min easy beach walk. The best beach in South Korea and stunning location make this hotel a must. Spa, small emart opened 24/7 and all amenities are right there as well. So yes, older hotel, older rooms but who cares! Loved it.

Arriving here was an amazing experience. Greeted by nice people at the entrance, luggages were taken off our hands by staff as soon as we arrived we were escorted to check in and luggages delivered to the room.

Our 4-night stay starting March 24th was perfect, thanks to the amazing staff. Young-ri at the front desk was the highlight of our visit. She was so helpful and attentive to all our needs, making us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such high-quality service these days

Located at the end of the beach and surprisingly not hard to access to restaurants nearby. I like the sauna, gym and also members lounge. There's also a nice park right next to the hotel. The breakfast was quite ordinary with not much choices.
