I went to the Glace Dermatology clinic in Busan to experience their services, and I would like to share my experience with you. During the consultation, the director used a mirror to show me my face and pointed out the features of my facial structure, explaining why certain treatments might be suitable or not for me. They didn’t try to satisfy every request just to make a sale; instead, they truly focused on my specific facial needs when planning the treatment plan. The entire communication process felt more like solving problems rather than just selling products. The director’s skills were very professional; it was clear that they were experienced in this field. Before each step of the treatment, they would communicate thoroughly with me to ensure I was comfortable. During the treatment, they also adjusted the procedures according to my tolerance, which showed great responsibility on their part. The clinic is located near a bus stop, so the transportation is quite convenient. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I will consider coming back again in the future.

The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and even though I don’t speak Korean fluently, they made sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the treatment. The doctor carefully analyzed my skin condition and recommended a personalized treatment plan, which I really appreciated. The procedure itself was gentle and well-explained, and I could already see my skin looking brighter and smoother afterward. What stood out the most was how attentive everyone was — no rushing, just genuine care. A great experience to have treatment in Busan. They have the latest Ultherapy Prime. Staff and Dr. Kim Jeong Hwan are so polite and professional, they would consult throughly before treatment.

This is my go to dermatologist in all of Korea. I speak Korean so I can't really speak to the staff's English ability but the doctor and I were able to communicate just fine since if I didn't understand a word he said in Korean he would just say the English word. It was mostly medical terms I struggled with. Anyway I love this clinic because you actually do the consultation with the doctor and he does a thorough skin analysis based on the results of the machine and from inspecting your skin in person. My main concern was freckles, age spots, pores, redness and discoloration. I mentioned to him previously that when I went to another dermatologist they told me not to get pico toning since I would need many sessions so I wouldn't see a difference. He totally debunked that and told me I would see results after just one session and he was completely right. I couldn't believe it. I went again recently to get another session and he showed me the before and after of my previous session and the results were significant. I did another procedure called red touch pro which is supposed to help with redness and collagen stimulation and freckles. He also did a little pico toning for the more stubborn freckles and age spots. To me the red touch pro results weren't so obvious so I don't know if I'll get it again. I guess we'll see the next time I visit since he takes update photos after every visit. Anyway I recommend this doctor a lot. One of the few where the place isn't run like a factory.

Very nice experience. Doctor has been so informative and supportive. Very smooth treatment. There is even a Chinese translator.
