Shilla Stay Seodaemun

Good location, near subway, shops and amenities nearby, walking distance (less than 3 minutes). Very good service, kind, understanding and very helpful. Rooms are fine, all you need, nothing more, nothing less. Good complete breakfast. Gym is small but functional, and meeting room available for business on reservation. Generally good hotel in Seoul.

It was all good, except we were told not to put toilet paper into the toilet. 🤷‍♂️
I tried the Asian bidet function but it didn’t really do the same job as toilet paper. So I had to have a shower every time I did a you know what.
On the plus side, there’s a really good laundromat in the basement, plus there’s a karaoke room and an air hockey table. And I loved that we could open our room windows and didn’t have to breathe in a/c all the time.

This place was amazing! They have staff who speak english, which was very helpful! I also loved how close we were to the transit, just a few steps away! They also have tons of amenities included like laundry rooms, ice machines, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. I highly recommend if you are coming to Japan soon and need a simple place to stay at!

My first three words. Grateful, Fantastic and Fabulous. This is one lovely hotel i would come and stay again. There’s so much love to this hotel since checked in and the room was awesome. Happy when we woke up each day while in Seoul and happy when we came back to the room each day while in Seoul. Love the housekeeping and felt with happiness once the room being clean and neat. The location is good and a very short walking distance to Seodaemun metro station which is also convenient taking you to places like Myeongdong and Starfield Suwon. There is an airport limousine bus 6002 which brings you here and a short walking distance. The female staffs are lovely and nice too. If there is a connection, good vibes. Yes, yes like i said without hesitation of coming back here to stay again.

Service was really awesome. I didn’t mind paying for early check in but they gave it to me complimentary. Location is also good - next to the subway exit. They provide loccitane toiletries too. Room size is perfect for solo traveler. It might be a bit tight for 2 pax if there’s 4 luggages and more. Would stay here again ! Thank you!
