I went to the LOVAÉ Dermatology Department at Hongdae for a treatment and would like to share my real experiences. The consultation experience was much better than I had imagined. The doctor first listened to my requirements and then told me that the desired results could actually be achieved through another treatment plan, which was also cheaper. Instead of simply agreeing with my request for a more expensive option, the doctor provided professional advice before letting me make my own decision. The explanation was very detailed and enthusiastic; every treatment plan was clearly explained to me. During the procedure, the director’s skills were very steady, and it was obvious that he was not a novice. There was thorough communication before each step, and the doctor asked if I felt any discomfort at any time. During the treatment, the plan was also adjusted according to my tolerance, showing great responsibility on the part of the staff. There was free Wi-Fi, so I used it to browse REDnote while waiting. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to try other treatments next time.
