Shilla Stay Jeju

Shilla Stay Jeju was a very pleasant and comfortable hotel stay. The location is excellent, especially for travellers who want easy access to Jeju city, restaurants, shopping and the airport. The room was clean, modern and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were practical, and the overall environment felt calm and convenient.

Service was smooth and professional from check in to check out. Staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay even better. This is a great choice for both business and vacation travellers who want a reliable hotel in a central location. Overall, a very satisfying stay and I would happily recommend Shilla Stay Jeju.

The receptionist was very kind to offer us an early check-in. Breakfast was delicious and healthy too with friendly staff manning the dining hall.

Overpriced. Rooms are OK, the hotel has regular facilities, not very friendly staff and located in the middle of nowhere.
Surprisingly, the 25/7 shop inside has nothing but sweets. Arrived late at night, couldn't find even instant noodles.

Not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay Jeju. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around the island.

What truly stood out was the warmth of the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. The team was very engaging with my infant, making us feel so welcome and at ease. My baby genuinely enjoyed being there and even loved the food!

Overall, it was a pleasant and family-friendly experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Jeju.

Overall the hotel meets all the basic needs a hotel should meet.
However also on a basic level, especially service wise, they do fail on numerous fronts.

> Pillows - Too Soft & do not/cannot provide extras.
> Housekeeping - Close means closed. No extra support after they cleared your floor. - Housekeeping is also inconsistent.
> Shower head is not comfortable, strong & prickly. Not adjustable.
> No room service
> Would not say the service is the friendliest. There is a reluctance & unwillingness to go the extra mile. Very un-hotel-like. Rigid.

> Breakfast was good. Nice options. Location is big enough, had a lot of seatings. At night turns into bar, snacks are delicious.
> Location is great. Near a lot of things in the city.
> Ample parking.
