The overall design of the institution exudes an arc-shaped beauty, and one can also see a whole wall lined with certificates. The receptionist at the front desk is very kind and gentle. This is my second visit here, and I’ve seen many reviews about it on REDnote. Moreover, the prices are quite reasonable; they’re not expensive at all.

It felt like a pushy, assembly-line service with a terrible experience. There was no improvement tailored to the customer's needs. The staff didn't even know what injectable materials they were using, and even when asked about dosage, they said it was a secret. I don't know if it's a translation issue, but it seemed they didn't understand the ingredients of their medical products or whether the materials were safe. They just vaguely mentioned that many Koreans use it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the consultation process. It made me feel the product's safety was questionable. Later, they pressured me to make a decision that day or I wouldn't be able to schedule a treatment, even if I told them I'd stay. Even after a few days, they'll still pressure you (shops that offer same-day appointments will say they need to go back and reconsider, and judging from the reviews, they have many customers, often requiring five days or more to book). Their approach is to make you subtract procedures before adding more, instead of considering long-term, safe, and healthy methods. This traps you in a cycle of needing long-term stitches and touch-ups. It might temporarily satisfy your needs, but the ongoing investment will be much higher. Repeated injections and fillers will only turn you into a cosmetic surgery monster. And that manager's entire face is completely devoid of beauty. I really don't know where they get the confidence to tell people what to do.

This hospital has a great location, not far from the Grand Hyatt Hotel and Lotte Mart. They have Chinese-speaking staff, so communication is no problem at all. Dr. Onda, the doctor who performed my procedure, was very gentle during the process. I'll definitely come back!

The director is really handsome! He's very approachable and doesn't push sales; his explanations are very gentle. The receptionist and the Chinese translator were excellent and very polite. The room manager's explanations were also fantastic! The whole process was very comfortable, and there was no hard selling. Highly recommended! 👍👍 The staff are friendly and speaks Chinese well. My husband and I dropped by to meet and discuss our skin concern last week. We met up with both handsome doctors, and they were so truthful with their opinions. There was no hard selling throughout the process. My husband had his cherry angiomas removed by Dr Kim with no pain, I did my botox and skin booster treatment. Thanks to the doctors and nurses. I will definitely recommend them. BTW, both doctors are able to converse in English. That's a huge plus point for us.

Wow! This place is amazing! Both doctors are so friendly and amazing. The prices are very affordable, much better than in Seoul. The results are also excellent. My wife and I are very satisfied. We'll definitely go back next time we travel! Highly recommended. Friends, please visit and ask.
