Queens Hotel Seomyeon Busan

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The location is perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to public transport and local attractions; the super market was right on the opposite side.

The staff at front desk were extremely supportive, polite, and helpful with every request we had. They were helpful and shared all information on WhatsApp.

The kitchen on 2nd floor was very helpful being a vegetarian family, we could cook our food and eat as it has all facilities.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Busan!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The room is big and spacious having the tub inside is also nice touch after all the walking and climbing stairs. The owner is also very accomodating they have good recommendations of restaurants nearby too which is good if you dont want to spend so much time thinking where to eat.

Location: is also very strategic is very near lotte duty dept store and few mins walk to subway. Somyeon got many things to explore nearby.

Great location. Reception has information they send you for your stay but local eaterys. Japanese toilet seats!!! Massive communal kitchen for use. Laundry use available. So many extras you wouldn't think of available for use. There's a hair straightener! Highly recommended!

The manager before you arrive sends via Whatsapp a most detailed instructions of how to arrive, taxis, buses etc, the local restaurants where they are located, menus, instructions on using all the rooms controllers, where the good shopping centers are, groceries etc, and on arrival will run through everything regarding room service etc, quite brilliant and a lovely man is the manager that speaks excellent English also. Highly recommended there is a kitchen and dining area on the 2nd floor. Great value hotel.

The room has floor heating, which was very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and very thoughtful, even folding my sleepwear. Amenities are available on the first floor, and the location in Seomyeon is excellent. The hotel also provides LINE customer service to assist with room facilities, which was very convenient. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended.
