I booked a treatment at the MUPSY Busan branch and just got back after the procedure. During the in-person consultation, the director used a mirror to show me my face and pointed out the features of my complexion, explaining why certain treatments are suitable for some people but not others. They didn’t agree to anything just to close the deal; instead, they truly focused on my specific facial needs when planning the treatment plan. The entire process was much more meticulous than I had imagined, and the doctor didn’t treat me perfunctorily just because I was a foreigner. They explained the rationale behind each step, ensuring I understood why things were done in that particular way. The techniques used were also very gentle, and I didn’t feel any discomfort throughout the process. It exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely come back again next time.
