Park Hyatt Busan

Came with the whole family for a weekend trip. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We had a great view over the bay. The location is a bit off from the main attractions but getting around in Korea is easy in general. Their gym was one of the best hotel gyms I have seen so far, close to XCaret in Cancun. I would come again, next time we are in the area.

I stayed for 5 nights and was only here for work meeting in the ballroom. I like the location which is actually in a quite premium area overlooking the ocean and the famous Gwangan bridge. So there’s the quiet pedestrian path across the hotel leading up to Haeundae beach. Although it’s a bit far from the buzzing touristic place, they’re all in a reasonable distance of walking or other land transports.

This hotel delivers the sort of consistently excellent experience that you would expect in a Park Hyatt. A towering building in the marina area, with good views in several directions. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are large, quiet and the blackout curtains are efficient, providing a good sleeping environment. The 22 metre pool is nice, though be aware of the Korean fixation with hair, meaning that bathing caps are compulsory. Meeting facilities are of a high standard.

Beautiful hotel. Although it is not directly on the beach, I think this may be the best-designed hotel I have stayed at in Busan.

The room is not very large, but it is thoughtfully designed, with double sinks, a separate shower and bathtub, spacious walk-through closet, a separate toilet room, and floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of the harbor, city, and mountains. We booked last minute during the holiday, so we were not able to get an ocean-view room, but we were still very satisfied with the view we had. Also love the beautiful hardwood floor in the room.

This place exceeded every expectation. The entire property was spotless, and the view was absolutely prestigious—one of those you just pause and take in. The food? Easily some of the best I’ve had in my life. Do yourself a favor and try the omelet—it’s a standout. Service was prompt and attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. The gym was also clean and well-equipped—perfect for getting a solid workout in. Highly recommend.
