Nampo Hound Premier Hotel Busan

Excellent location for me, walk able to the fish market, Lotte mall and many restaurants to eat in. Bath tub in bathroom, well sized rooms. Simple, abundant korean breakfast at hotel. I left some items
Upon check out and they promptly called our attention to it. Luckily, we were Still on our trasport to the airport! Bravo to the Nampo Hound staff!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. While every room is supposed to have stable Wi-Fi, our room (No. 1209) had no connection at all. We reported this to the front desk on the second morning, and they promised to have an engineer check it. However, by the evening, the issue remained unresolved. We requested assistance again, but after spending nearly 1.5 hours "troubleshooting," the front desk staff provided completely unacceptable excuses: 1. They claimed we couldn't connect because we were using iPhones. 2. They suggested we connect to other rooms' Wi-Fi. 3. They told us to go to the lobby if we needed internet. Although we could eventually see the Wi-Fi from other rooms, the signal was extremely weak and slow, making it nearly impossible to even send photos. I am deeply disappointed by the front desk staff’s lack of problem-solving skills and their unprofessional handling of the situation. Also, the room was dim and cramped. We can barely open three suitcases. Cleanliness was also an issue, we found cookie crumbs left in the corners. Despite booking a triple room for three people, the hotel only provided two bottles of water each day. I am deeply disappointed by the front desk staff’s lack of problem-solving skills and their unprofessional handling of the situation. I strongly recommend looking for other hotels instead!

Good location Not far from eateries, public transport, the markets and other areas of interest. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, air-conditioning smart TV and actual bath in bathroom. Well worth checking out.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s very renovated and clean, with wonderful rooms and a large bathtub. For a 3-star hotel, it definitely feels like a high-level 4-star experience. The only downsides for me were the location—it’s in Nampo, which means about 1.5 hours by public transport to the central area, and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep.

We stayed for 3 nights overhere. Rooms are good I read over this hotel complaining about the airco in our room were no problems.
And yes you know when you visit this area it is al bit louder etc. then the countryside.
May be it depends where you comming from but we feel safe by night.
The negative part is that it looks that there is an operationel bar on the topfloor but no there is not and what we understand also not in the near future.
The people working in the household and kitchen are friendly. For that I can not say of the reception. First time nobody at the reception speaks English so you had to improvise😉
