The department head will help arrange a car for us; the service is really thoughtful. However, there are quite a few people, so we need to wait for a while. The doctor will first analyze my skin issues and then recommend a treatment plan. After coming out of the subway station, we need to take the elevator. I have already recommended this service to my friends and plan to bring my best friend here too.

I had a great experience at the clinic, from the consultation through to treatment everything was explained clearly and tailored to my skin concerns. I would definitely recommend and will revisit when I return to Nampo.

Because it's located in Seomyeon, transportation is convenient. The subway is fast, the parking lot is spacious, and they offer two hours of free parking. There's also a coffee area, and the waiting area is comfortable. The doctors, managers, and counselors are all very kind and helpful, so I'm very satisfied. Of course, the reasonable cost of treatment is my favorite part.

This was my second time trying a different cosmetic clinic in Busan. This one is easily accessible via the elevator near Exit 4 of Nampo Station, so you don't have to brave the wind outside. The environment is spacious and comfortable, and the whole place smells wonderful. Applying numbing cream in a private space was fantastic. The staff speaks a little Chinese mixed with English, but I didn't find communication too difficult. They made recommendations based on my individual needs, and even if it exceeded my budget, they didn't pressure me to spend more. There was no pressure at all, and they even helped me find the best deal. The doctor was beautiful and friendly, and she used a translator to explain things. Overall, it was excellent! Highly recommended!

They provide thorough pre- and post-procedure guidance, and they constantly monitor my condition during the procedure, making it comfortable. And I'm even more satisfied with the natural, unnoticeable improvement in my face. ~~ The hospital has a clean atmosphere, and the staff are all friendly.
