4th time staying at this hotel this year. Getting to the hotel from the airport is super convenient. It is connected to Gongdeok Subway. Also close to food alleys. Rooms are clean. One of the best indoor pool in Seoul.
Absolute perfection from start to finish! The staff are absolute angels, the room was incredibly cozy, and the location couldn’t be better. This is our second visit, and we are officially hooked - we will definitely choose only this wonderful hotel for all our future trips! Thank you for everything! ❤️
I arrived in Seoul at 1am and reached the hotel around 2 am.
The booking was made for 3 nights, starting from today, but the check-in was only allowed from 3 pm onwards.
I explained that I need to start my online meetings from 8.45 am onwards the same day.
The young man at the reception was trying to find a solution but he couldn't do anything without his manager. I finally asked to see the manager. She came and offered me a room for an additional $185. Basically to spend the half of the night until 11 am (the checkout is at 11 am). I find the service horrible.
They could have allowed me an "early check in" with an additional surcharge for the upgrade of the room. Or try to to find a customer friendly solution.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel as there are plenty other around. I have already traveled many times to Seoul and I always have been happy with the service. Absolutely not this time !
Very practical hotel with airport bus stop outside, not much entertainment around as it is located in office working area. Rooms are not fantastic and very warm, a/c not strong overall room is only for business travel ppl to stay. I have cancelled and move to another hotel with better amenities and vibe on same day.
Pretty good spot. I am use to staying at Airbnbs so this was my first time with a hotel and I was pretty pleased with the experience.
The rooms are clean, and staff will tidy the place up daily (unless you have do not disturb on). There was a shared microwave on the floor I was on~ the toilet seats got them fancy bidets and are also heated. Some furniture pieces are starting to show a bit of age (e.g., tables), but not a big deal or concerning in the slightest.
There is a lot of restos on b1, ediya and lotte mart (superstore) is there too! Just outside the exit is the entrance to gongdeok trainstation too. Insanely convenient.
Not sure why so many people are complaining in the comments, seems a bit out of touch eh. But three things to consider 1.Price is relatively affordable here 2. it is a hotel with quite a bit of traffic 3.it is not a hotel that is branded to be ultra luxury like what you would find at lotte world tower. With that said, this place provides amazing value and services, was very happy with my stay and the reception were always ready to help and all staff were ssuuuuuper friendly! I found booking a taxi with reception cheaper than using an app like uber.
The hotel is decent but the don’t have the basics facilities in the room. My room did not have an iron and had to go to the coin laundry for a public iron station. Also the only have one lift for the entire hotel and sometimes there is a long wait. Overall I’m not happy with the services. Doesn’t qualify for a 3 star hotel, probably a 1 star.
